Ed at Suwanee Valley Tire was friendly, helpful, and basically Mike Rowe's mechanic doppelgänger. He called 5 different places to help us find the tire we needed, since they didn't have our specific tire in stock. He was also knowledgeable about what caused the flat, pointing out a manufacturer defect that helped us get the tire replaced with our warranty. And he did all of that, even though he knew we wouldn't be able to buy a tire at their shop. I'm so glad we chose this place. It was an excellent experience. Great people; great service. I would buy a tire from them any day.
