Well, first we called AAA when our RV unexpectedly wouldn't start after filling up with gas at a Exxon in Lake City.

After evaluation I was charged $178 for this inspection and the estimate of repairs . I was told they had topped off the axle gear oil after I specifically asked them to do so. They said my truck needed $2800+ in repairs. This included replacing every part they would touch doing the axle bearing and seal repair Plus all bearings and other associated parts in the rear axle and seal repair. This included rear brake pads and rotors, both U-Joints and all differential bearings as well as the axle bearings. I took the truck to a well established local shop, which does not do axle/rear differential work, which I had trusted for years, to replace the U-joints, which was one of the items Johnnys said needed replacement. They were fine and needed no service. I asked about the axle gear oil. They checked it. IT TOOK 2 PINTS TO FILL IT. Johnnys not only furnished a greatly inflated estimate and charged me for such, they lied about topping off the gear oil. Then charged me to lie to me. NEVER USE THESE people. THEY are TOTAL CROOKS !!

We told them our situation and they said someone would wait till we got there around 5:25 pm. They put my truck in a lift and checked our transmission fluid level and said it was ok. By the time we left they had stayed about 45 minutes after closing to help us out. They were super nice and didn't even want payment. We did leave them a tip because of staying late and helping us out. I would definitely stop there again.

This place was probably the worst experience I have ever received and that's coming from a man who…read morehas been to Philadelphia. The front desk didn't know anything, booked me in to get my tires changed. I was having tires swapped off of one set of rims and installed on my current ones (I almost got bored just writing that) David (not Dave, Dave is a nickname and nicknames are for friends and David is no friend of mine) was rude and lazy, found excuses on top of excuses as to why he didn't want to change my tires. The chief excuse was that my rear and front rims were different sizes? You scared of numbers buddy? Numbers freak you out? "Tire and service" more like "wasted my time and no service" More like "David and excuses" I hope at the end of eternity when we all ultimately face God and account for our lives, that David sees images of me and my different sized rims and tires, as he quakes at the weight of judgement. I hope this comment makes some traction and some Walmart executives can see it, but judging by y'all's tire installation, much like my car there will be no traction. Godbless

I asked one of the mechanics a rough wait time in which I was given two hours -- TWO HOURS to have 1 tire changed. They do not operate off priority not move the minute cases out the way. They go off their work order list. The customer service was fine however those that worked inside as far as check in and cashiers in the auto center showed no enthusiasm not gumption to get customers in and out. The lady next to me dropped her car off at 12:30 and did not receive it until 3:45. No one showed any sense of urgency. The staff acted as if it was as a bother and the line was extremely long. They left I assume at their clock out time regardless of whom was in line and how long it was. This was the worst tire ever experience I've had at a Walmart service center . I will further pursue that this center is evaluated and someone reaches out as far as a upper management on how expedite and productive this location is. I would not recommend. Pay a little more and go elsewhere if you are either on a time crunch or wanting a o not spend over 3 hours

It was a young couple and family business the kind of business I look to support. I have had my cars worked since 2023 and even though it took forever for the work to be completed I kept my business there to support the young family business. So this company had my phone number email daughters phone number nephews phone number I have history of texts with Heather his wife so yes texting was available. So when I recieve a certified letter from a recovery towing company that my car was towed there by this shop I was shocked. This had to be a mistake.I went and paid to get my car towed back to my house it was at his shop under a warranty for a head gasket not anything else. The warranty company has confirmed the same when it comes to reaching out to them and no response. I WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY TO CLARIFY THIS MATTER.And the owner John Powers confirmed he had the car towed he said warranty company denied and said work was not covered he said he attempted to contact me .Remember I have been a customer since 2023 he had numerous ways to contact me I live 15 minutes away he lied to me about trying to contact me there us no email no text no voice mail no miss call and I confirmed with warranty company the claim was not denied. This company got in trouble with the city code enforcement for having to many cars on the property so buyer Beware he may be open for business but I would not leave your car unattended at this company. It's really sad.because I do have 4 cars and look to support local family owned businesses. There is more I could add to this but I think any one can see it is a play at your on risk doing business with them
