We pulled in 45 minutes before they closed. They were literally the kindest people. They fixed our car which had too much transmission fluid in it, causing it to overheat (which was filled by the dealership mechanic). Thought perhaps it needed a condenser and evaporator, but was blowing cold...just not really blowing at all. Figured out all that was needed was the fan & motor (all one piece). Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up. Amazing! He was even willing to come to ME to install it. Couldn't ask for a kinder, more honest mechanic anywhere. You people that are going elsewhere are NUTS! He even came in last Sunday to work on it simply because it was my only day off! NOBODY does that! I'll be going back for everything from now on. Recently, I took my husband's Volvo SUV in for some much needed TLC before he headed back to work. And when the replacement parts for his broken hatch came back at over $1500 to replace, they helped brainstorm with us cost effective ways to get the function from the hatchback we needed, without the cost of full replacement. They successfully solved our hatchback issues at a fraction of the cost. Thankful for their quick thinking, creativity and customer service!
