My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O'Reilly's to pull the codes (which didn't help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I'm SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would've either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30--just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. I truly hope I never have car trouble on a camping trip again--but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. Highly, highly recommend!

The driver of the truck said the tow would be $95. I get to Reese's to pick up the truck... ($170 to replace x1 plug, and to 'clean' x1 small connector piece in the battery ) He says (Mr.Reese, the owner) "Well I don't know what happened... that tow truck guy told me to charge y'all $135. Little fat guy. Must've had a hell of a time getting that thing on the truck! Them guys are always trying to make money" Hm. I paid Mr. Reese ($301, for the now $135 tow and $170 plug replacement) I ask for the tow truck company number... I am just curious as to where the $45 surplus from the tow truck came from. I call them.... And they say 'no Ma'am, we charge $95-105 for that tow. Reese charged you the rest" I was like what.... So I go back inside to confront him.... He said "Ma'am my time is valuable and I called them for you" ahh the truth comes to light! Then why LIE he literally said that the tow truck company must be scamming me.... But it was HIM! I caught them about 10 minutes before closing and they were wanting me to come back in the morning. I didn't have time to do that so they installed them for me. And then hit me with a $60 per tire charge!!!? That is ridiculous! That's more than I paid for the tires! Brand New tires cost 80-90 bucks for crying out loud. They did me super dirty and I would warn others. This was price gouging to the max! No one told me up front that my bill would end up being over $250. I never would have agreed to that! Update. We were going back to Florida from a camping vacation in the mountains and had a blow out on way…read more Being unfamiliar with the area, we googled tire stores and came across Town & Country Tire services. It was after hours, so we were able to make it to the shop and we parked in the parking lot till the next morning when they opened. The next morning, they opened up shop and came out immediately to assist us. They had the tires we needed in stock and was able to get them all, we replaced 3 tires, and all were installed within an hour. Knowing that we needed to replace the tires we told them to move forward without even asking about the price. As we waited, they advised us of a nearby restaurant in case we were hungry. We decided to go to the restaurant, in walking distance and it was excellent. As we waited, we worried about the price of the tires and thought they may take advantage of us knowing we needed the tires, but to our surprise, the price was very reasonable and even lower than we thought it would be. The staff was very nice, and we appreciate all of them for having the Customer Service they provided to us, which you usually don't get anymore. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
