I stopped in Precision the next day because my car was pulling severely bad to the right and I didn't want to drive all the way if it was unsafe. They were extremely busy, but they took time out to not only look at my car but to also align it and drive it to make sure it was safe for me to continue my drive and drive back home (Mississippi), the lady at the front desk was soooo sweet and even turned on Toy Story while we waited. Brought my vehicle, Old Blue, in for evaluation. Had a pinion seal leak and what sounded like a…read morebearing noise. After evaluation I was charged $178 for this inspection and the estimate of repairs . I was told they had topped off the axle gear oil after I specifically asked them to do so. They said my truck needed $2800+ in repairs. This included replacing every part they would touch doing the axle bearing and seal repair Plus all bearings and other associated parts in the rear axle and seal repair. This included rear brake pads and rotors, both U-Joints and all differential bearings as well as the axle bearings. I took the truck to a well established local shop, which does not do axle/rear differential work, which I had trusted for years, to replace the U-joints, which was one of the items Johnnys said needed replacement. They were fine and needed no service. I asked about the axle gear oil. They checked it. IT TOOK 2 PINTS TO FILL IT. Johnnys not only furnished a greatly inflated estimate and charged me for such, they lied about topping off the gear oil. Then charged me to lie to me. NEVER USE THESE people. THEY are TOTAL CROOKS !!

I have had my cars worked since 2023 and even though it took forever for the work to be completed I kept my business there to support the young family business. So this company had my phone number email daughters phone number nephews phone number I have history of texts with Heather his wife so yes texting was available. So when I recieve a certified letter from a recovery towing company that my car was towed there by this shop I was shocked.This had to be a mistake.I went and paid to get my car towed back to my house it was at his shop under a warranty for a head gasket not anything else.The warranty company has confirmed the same when it comes to reaching out to them and no response. I WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY TO CLARIFY THIS MATTER.And the owner John Powers confirmed he had the car towed he said warranty company denied and said work was not covered he said he attempted to contact me .Remember I have been a customer since 2023 he had numerous ways to contact me I live 15 minutes away he lied to me about trying to contact me there us no email no text no voice mail no miss call and I confirmed with warranty company the claim was not denied. This company got in trouble with the city code enforcement for having to many cars on the property so buyer Beware he may be open for business but I would not leave your car unattended at this company. It's really sad.because I do have 4 cars and look to support local family owned businesses. The only recent issue that I had a problem with is the air that is put into tires needs to be properly monitored, because that same day my tire pressure alarm went off and I had to go to a tire store to get the extra air out of my tires. Other than that, I recommend getting oil change services done here for a good decent price.

Cost was less than I expected and he was very gracious. My tires are 5 years old and I asked him if I needed to change the other 3. He could have told me yes but instead told me that, based on my driving needs, I don't have to replace until the hot summer weather arrives. It's hard to find kind and honest business owners. 3/20/25 We were…read moreheaded to Tampa for the weekend and got a flat tire a little past exit 460 Jasper, FL. We checked to see the nearest tire shop in the area and Suwannee Valley Tire came up. We called ahead of going there to let them know our issue (bad valve stem) and the directions to getting to their location (across from Hardee's). Upon arriving, they greeted me in the parking lot to help me unload the tire. As confirmed once they reviewed the tire, it was indeed a bad/old valve stem which they also mentioned, shouldn't have been that brittle being the tires were not old at all. They suggested we have our other tires checked out as well to make sure those valves weren't bad too. I must say, they made us feel real comfort in knowing our tire would be fine during the remainder of our trip and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and kind service. Sales person was extremely rude. I had called Audio Waves but no one answered, so I decided to just…read morevisit. It was 4:23 PM. The sign on the door said opens at 9:00 but did not have a closing time, so I assumed they were open until 5:00. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked and there was a man sitting at the counter inside. I went in and asked about replacing stereos in 2 different vehicles. He was really rude and talked to me like I was interrupting his day, although he was doing nothing. After I told him what I needed, he said "well we do close at 4:00". I apologized and said I was sorry I did not see that anywhere. He replied "Well what were you doing all day, to come in here now?" in a very rude voice. I WAS WORKING, jerk. He finally gave me an estimate for the screen replacement for the Jeep. I then specifically asked about how much for the part itself and the installation, and he just said "I don't know." I apologized for wasting his time and left. I will not be back. Evidently he did not want my business.
