Thank you Affordable for good business practices and competence. Just a side note. The review that was left with 1 star mentioning losing everything in the fridge due to a power loss. The agreement contract signed is very clear that nothing is to be left in the unit and that the 20a power supplied is for lights and charging batteries NOT for keeping the refrigerator cold. I am sorry but when you "STORE" an RV, that means it is not in use and food should have been removed. I just went through losing power in my home due to a storm. The food I lost was my responsiblity and no one else's. Don't expect compensation for being an irresponsible RV owner.

Awful experience. Meredith, the general manager, lied to me about there being power close to the…read moreunit I picked. This was the most important thing I asked for as not having power would make the storage completely useless to me. She said they were going to fix it and never did. They have tons of electrical problems at this facility to a point where their gate actually stopped working late at night while I was in there and I actually got trapped for a long time, had to jump the fence, had to have my wife wake up our kids to come get me out of there since the general manager wasn't answering her phone. She finally answered after like 3 hours to just ask "were you able to get out?" What a joke! She didn't apologize or take an ounce of responsibility. Like no big deal... I just got trapped inside your storage facility due to your power issues that they refuse to fix. They sure will ask to raise your monthly rent though. They bumped mine by 50%! Crazy place. Crazy experience. Go to the 100 other storage options within the 5 mile radius and just stay far away from this crazy nightmare ran by Meredith.

Spoiler alert: a 6-seater sxs does NOT fit through the ramp. So we were back to square one and brought the trailer back immediately. The computer kept giving him issues though, so it took quite a while to actually get the paperwork finished. Good place overall to rent trailers/trucks! Looks clean and kempt.
