There is a reason I usually order from Quarles. Their prices are considerably lower than those of their competitors. In this Internet age, someone should really start a website where purchasers can post how much they paid for home fuel oil in real time as an aid to other price conscious customers. I'm now revising my review (December 2016). I ordered fuel oil at 8:00 AM Monday morning and was told the delivery would be in the next couple of days. It's now mid-day Thursday and still no oil delivery. Furthermore, Quarles can't even promise me delivery for Friday (the Friday before Christmas). If they miss the delivery for tomorrow, I'll have no heat over the Christmas weekend and the actual delivery won't take place until more than one week after placing the order. The original five star rating has now been reduced to three. If they screw this up further, I'll be back to reduce the rating to one and I'll move my business to a different company.

Then when I call before 5:00 I was informed the driver has driven to many hours and no one would be coming to fill our empty tank. Their unleaded regular tastes just as good as the unleaded premium from the Valero. The diesel at Valero has a bit more 'bite' to it though, so I will walk the extra half mile or so when I am looking for something spicy.
