Was informed they would "try" to arrange a delivery for today (Saturday). Call this morning and told no way to let me know if they are planning to deliver. Probably not as despatchers already made arrangements. Tomorrow is Sunday, my tank is at 7%. Wind chills of -13F and we are both over 85!! Suggests I call back on Monday. It would appear that since Quarles has been sold out and the HQ is in Canada, they are like every other company $$$$. This is riciculous, next year I take my business elsewhere and it seems so will many others. Meanwhile, my partner and I will attempt to survive sub-zero temps till Monday. However lately customer service has become a true burden when using their service. There is no method to escalate a problem and customer service doesn't communicate with dispatch. They were well aware I was running out of gas and informed me gas would be delivered on 3 different occasions. No one will return your call even after promising to do so. They informed me on a Friday the delivery would take place at 2:00 and no matter what the driver would be there. Then when I call before 5:00 I was informed the driver has driven to many hours and no one would be coming to fill our empty tank. Now we have to go the entire weekend without any gas for heating, hot water or cooking. This is the way they treat a customer that has been with them 4 years, I would hate to see how they treat new customers. Absolutely do not use, there are other companies out there with better customer service. I switching and will never, ever use them again. Period!!!!
