The self check out may seem convenient but if you need an attendant to monitor it seems to defeat the purpose. Thr automation isn't so automated. The fueling of vehicle took a bit more time than expected because tank was 1/2 full and I had no idea how much it would cost to top off the tank. So in and out and back in again to wrap that up. Looked at a plaque across the street, and went back to the car. Passing this, looked at displays in the windows, not even noticing at first that it was open. Once we realized it was, we went right in, of course. It's mostly magazines, with a pretty good variety. We ended up getting a few. There are some books, including local ones. Also some collectibles in back. The owner was friendly but quiet. I'd be happy to have this store near my college, or frankly, in Columbus. Not fancy at all, but plenty of interesting stuff to read.

In this case I have/had a full kitchens worth of stuff as well as clothing and furniture and some Electronics. Called the store and told them it was all theirs if they would come and pick it up. While the person who answered was very nice and polite I was told they do not do that and really were not interested. Now this is just a personal observation but I think for an organization that lives in dies on the Public's generosity and even if I didn't have a pickup I think I would find a friend who had one to pick up several thousand dollars worth of resale items.
