This is much better than any of the Columbus locations. I always find some good stuff and it never seems picked through. This location is the cleanest, friendliest and has the best selection hands down. There never seems to be a huge crowd when I'm there, and the lines are never long. I haven't been here on the weekends but I imagine it gets much busier. The staff always checks in to see if you're finding everything ok.

I can honestly say I was surprised to see adults of that age acting that way. They have an impressive variety as it is a truly massive store. They have a grocery section, cleaning section, batteries, and more in addition to the building and construction items you'd expect in a place like that. I trusted him and thought he was nice and helpful. When the rebate program came two months later, I went to the store, but he was not around. I left a message for him to call, and the next day he did. He said that he couldn't give me the rebate. I argued that his promise was a fact and it was wrong of him not to keep his word. He passed the phone to his boss, Josh, and when I told Josh the whole story, he insisted that there was no promise and that he wasn't there. I realized there was no way the conversation was going anywhere, so I stopped the call. I was angry that I was tricked into making such a big purchase. I was fooled because I trusted this guy like I trust my friends. I felt like I had learned a lesson in life. At the same time, I smiled.
