We decided to reached out to K&B for some closet organization. Eric was the one in charge of our project and he did everything from the quote to final install. We were very happy with the planning, design, communication, and install that Eric with K&B was able to provide for us. She carries far more lines than those available at Bed, Bath & Beyond or Lowe's and Home Depot, and Julie really knows the attributes of each company's products. She made the selection process very easy by quickly showing me samples of shades that had the color and opacity I needed. (In other words, I wasn't pawing through sample book after sample book.) Just having her professionally measure and order shades is worth it, as it is not easy to account for various components (end caps, slider door handles, various window sizes, etc.) And, her installer is very professional and efficient.
