It doesn't seem like he did anything even though he claims he put resin in the spot. The chip is now dirty and the cashiers just keep reiterating that "we can't guarantee that it will look good." They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

Now that truck is not doing well anymore so I went to them again to ask how to get the equipment into my new truck and they help me find a solution for that. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. I'm an idiot. One icy morning, in a hurry, sans ice scraper, I did the stupidest thing. I used an…read morealuminum can to scrape my nearly brand new Mercedes windshield. The aftermath was AWFUL. Bright, glaring scratches all over the drivers side. I was devastated. Nothing I did at home helped. I have had two windshields replaced with Ultimate Auto Glass through the Mercedes dealership and both have been perfect. So I made an appointment to see what they could do. I thought I was in for a long wait and an expensive bill. But John Ferrerra, the manager of TN Glass, surprised me. He was kind, warm, and inviting. He came out to my car with a small bottle of "Pit Polish" and a special kind of eraser and BAM! The scratches were nearly all gone! He gave me the small bottle (retails about 10 bucks) to catch any scratches he may have missed. While at home, I buffed it a couple more times and my windshield is back to perfect. John may have given me a 10 buck bottle of Pit Polish, but he saved Ultimate Auto Glass a huge marketing expense. He made a customer for life. I will always use Ultimate Auto Glass and I will recommend them to all my friends and associates. I think they may have more than one location. This one is specifically for the Glenrose Ave location. I paid $3,500 for a new windshield from Ultimate Auto Glass Nashville on September 22, 2025, and…read morethe entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the installation was completed, the windshield was so dirty I could barely see through it -- I had to clean it myself just to drive home. Upon wiping it down, I immediately noticed a small crack about the size of a grain of rice. I contacted Ultimate Auto Glass right away, and they sent a technician named Jon to look at it. Instead of coordinating a proper replacement through the manufacturer, he simply pulled out some glue and attempted to "fill" the crack. Shortly after, I received a call from Ed Stipe, who told me my only options were to either fill the crack or receive a "discount" on another windshield -- after I had already paid them over $3,500. I was shocked. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I paid for a brand-new windshield, not a damaged or one patched with glue. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work speaks volumes.I would strongly caution anyone from using Ultimate Auto Glass Nashville.

Scheduling was super easy and they were flexible with location of the repair as well. I live in West Nashville and workin Franklin/Cool Springs, both areas they are happy to come to. I ended up scheduling a day I was at the office for the repair, they arrived on time, took less than 30 minutes and the quality of the work is great! Given the success of the window repair, I inquired with the technician about replacing my windshield moulding as it was dry rotted and missing in many areas.
