He worked directly with our insurance company to get additional items covered that were not initially covered by insurance. Josh is very personable and knowledgeable when it comes to this profession. He was always very polite and involved in the project before, during and after the job was done. His installers were on time and had to work extra hard because the shingles could not be loaded directly on the roof and the waste dumpster could not be brought close to the house due to our driveway layout and large trees. Regardless, they finished the project on time and were respectful of our property. We are very happy with the outcome of the new roof. Josh worked to make sure we were pleased with the shingle selection and made special trips to our property to drag a magnetic rake across the lawn to pick up any remaining nails, even after the installers had done this when finishing the project. Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.
