I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? His home was reported to have an outside water leak and because of that the water was shut off by American Water. We also had concerns about the septic and sewer lines. I called Roto-Rooter. Bryan was sent over right away. He scoped the drainage system and found part of the system was previously replaced in the recent past put part of the sewer steel drains had rusted away requiring immediate replacement. Also, we noticed that the water heater was close to 40 years old was not in good working condition. Bryan and the manager Jeremy immediately went to work and gave me a quote for the jobs. They started the job right away and did a beautiful, clean job with the help of their plumbing crew Ivan and Shawn. In the meantime, Tiffany from Roto-Rooter was investigating the issue of the water leak with the county and American water in order to determine if this was part of a replacement program by the county or American water. She went above and beyond the call of duty in order to assist me with this matter. She realized that with me not living in St. Louis I needed all of the help I could get. Ultimately, Shawn from Roto-Rooter was able to resume the water supply to the house, realizing that there was no water leak. Even though the water leak was reported by another plumbing group in St. Louis. Thanks to the efforts of this team of professionals We had the sewer pipes replaced, new gas water heater installed and no repair to the incoming water was needed. I am truly appreciative of the great job, the help and information the entire team provided. I feel I received a great value for the services provided. The entire team starting with Tiffany, Bryan, Jeremy, Ivan, Shawn and Chris (who provided me with mindful additional detailed consultation), have my greatest appreciation.
