Everything about the experience at Out Of Ink was positive. John was super knowledgeable and very upfront about everything. He was very detailed during the consultation portion and light years from pushy. The process was easy, it was not comfortable but it was not terribly painful, certainly easier than getting tattooed. Only took maybe 10 minutes start to finish. I do not know what other places charge but his pricing seemed perfectly reasonable to me. That being said, when I signed up, I purchased their smallest package for a very small tattoo for $1500. Since my purchase, they have had multiple 50% off sales, so I definitely feel that I got a bad deal and would advise anyone to wait for their sales to make a purchase. I've also looked into other places that are not as expensive, although I can't comment on the quality of their associates or removal process. I'm writing a review prematurely to the finish of my tattoo because I have been told every time I come in to write a review, and I don't prefer to write reviews before the job is done but I know they will ask me again at my upcoming appointment. I would prefer not to be reminded of writing a review every time I come in, as I do write reviews regularly and I will update the public when I feel it is necessary. I would suggest to the business owner that they refrain from pressuring customers into writing reviews at every visit.

I made an appointment for a consultation with Ross, and immediately was so at ease with him that I decided to go for it. He had time to start my first removal session right then and there, so I got brave and said yes. My tattoo is black and pink, and Ross let me know that the pink is harder to remove. However, after just one session, I saw huge progress. (Note that everyone's skin/tattoos are different, so if you don't see the same results that I did after 1 session, don't worry)! I'm happy I decided to go through with the process. By early next year, the old tats will be gone, and I can wear tank tops again in the summer.

Pleasantly surprised :) Nice, small, humble office operated by a husband and wife duo. The wife…read moredoes the phone, paperwork, and front desk (and I believe she is also the Laser Tech). The husband does the injections. I purchased a Groupon for 20 units at around $9/unit, which is an AMAZING deal. The husband showed me the actual Botox bottle and explained to me where on my face he will inject. He was kind enough to provide general tips for the next 24 hours. Within 2 days, the Botox kicked in and my "11" was gone. I am not new to Botox, so I knew what to expect. I am VERY HAPPY with the result. I was happy enough to book my future appt. 4 months out. Their normal price is $13/unit which is so much more reasonable than $16-25/unit at those other fancy places that is injecting the same thing anyways. Another plus is that they were never "pushy sales people" at all. I asked about their lasers and both were very helpful. I decided to buy a small size package. My only thing is that they are very busy because of the Groupon offering so their availability is not until weeks or months later. It would be wise to book in advance. Another feedback is their phone system. I called during lunch hours (because I was on break) and it went to VM (which is fine) but VM was full and I was unable to leave a message. I was slightly annoyed but I understand it's not possible to answer the phone every single time. But maybe clean out your VM so clients can leave a nice message :)
