She was super sweet and talkative which I really like, it makes your experience so much better and the appointment go by faster. Liz is AMAZING! She's helping me transition my super dark, almost black hair to a lighter dimensional brown. After my first session, I'm so pleased. She's very knowledgeable and did a great job.
