I texted to confirm on the time and message was never opened, confirmed or could respond back. Day of appt I texted Brook confirming appt, no reply. My guess is after seeing this Hispanic in Amherst enter their salon REFUSED to take care of me and had no intensions in doing so from the very beginning. Truly Sad!!
