Carlos came to look at my project late in the evening on my request. He was very thorough in noting down all the details along with other requirements of protecting flooring in house . He also provided me good suggestions on project related questions I had. The quote I received was very competitive and listed all the details accurately. For any future projects, I would love to work with Carlos and I highly recommend him.

We went with them because they had lots of experience removing in-ground pools, which isn't super common in the PNW. We assumed we would need a permit to excavate the pool that would require some time to get. We called our county and city and they confirmed no permit was needed. Maverick was able to schedule the job only two days later!! This was a huge relief to us because our pool pump stopped working and it was quickly becoming a swamp. The job only took 1.5 days and they showed up promptly each morning and got right to work. Our toddler had so much fun watching all the "big trucks" in our backyard. We were really happy with the final result.

I ended up hiring a much better self-motivated and energetic landscapers who do not require supervision. They're fast, efficient, and work together do make sure the property looks good before they leave. I am so much happier. This is the way landscapers should be. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Saltos used to do a decent job, but the last years the quantity of work they do has dropped. I'm supposed to be getting two hours of service with a two man crew. Lately, I've only been getting two hours only when I'm home to give Oscar further instructions and to supervise. They consistently take off after mowing, edging, blowing and doing cleanup, which only takes about an hour of time. Most of the time they do a decent job cleaning. On occasion they would simply skip areas. Our property is not huge. The same crew has been maintaining our property since the start. They need to take more of an initiative to maintain our bushes and rhododendrons not using a hedge trimmer.
