He wasn't forcing sale onto us and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a lot of work done like filling in with larger rock, building retaining walls, and creating the french drain to let excess water drain into a ditch. Everything turned out to be perfect. They even helped us put in and cap future waste and water pipes.
