Reuben was super responsive and easy…read moreto work with on the estimate and scheduling, and Bernardo did an incredible job out in the field. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

It looks like previously, we had our bird guard lazily put up with huge gaps that did not keep the pigeons away. We agreed to not only solar panel cleaning, but also redoing the bird proofing. I gotta say, I love the transparency and the quality of their work. Curtis was super kind to my wife and explained everything to her. He would show updates through video and pictures so you're always updated on what's happening. They were so nice to even provide a "neighborly discount" for the solar panel cleaning, since we decided to get the bird proof done. For the value, I would say go with it. Don't go with really cheap bird proofing because that really came to bite us at the end. The cost was very reasonable. Trust me, these guys know whats up.

It was brought to my attention that my panels may not be as efficient as I hadn't had my panels cleaned since installing them in 2018! So true to form- I hopped on Yelp! After comparing several estimates , I chose Harris Solar Panel Cleaning--not only because of their great reviews but also their first-time customer discount and ability to service my panels within days! For reference, I had 30 panels and was quoted $207 after the discount. On the day of, they arrived prepared with a total of 3 workers. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in giving a heads-up to the separate patio crew I had working in the backyard, advising them to move equipment so it wouldn't get wet. Within minutes, I received a before photo of my panels, then a video of the cleaning in progress, and within a half hour, a final shot of them sparkling clean! I was so impressed with the entire experience that I made sure to leave a tip. They even sent a quick text afterward letting me know I'll receive reminders for future cleanings (a lifesaver for my forgetful self). Overall, I highly recommend this professional, efficient, and courteous team!

He was on time, easy to communicate with, and very reasonably priced. He also provided a clear assessment with helpful photos soon after the visit. A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. Overall, highly recommend Solar Tune Up.
