After purchasing the big deal, it did take a while to schedule an appointment (missed calls), but was finally able to via email. Anthony arrived on our appointment day a bit late, but did a very comprehensive job. He made sure that he got rid of all of the lint and cleaned up after himself. After about 2 hours we had removed a large and thick layer of dryer lint. Now our dryer is working better than ever.

I've (regularly) seen waterproofers try and "sell" $13,000 "solutions" to my Clients, for a problem that could be fixed with landscaping and gutters. Or I see companies start out great, but, then get so large that they have estimators (clearly on commission) who are kind of running a muck. Or even worse... the company was great, but, grew so large that they became a salable company. Then, once the company is sold/in new hands... good luck with that warranty! Craig and his team are fantastic to work with. I used them in my own home. All About Waterproofing didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, he found a great way to reduce my cost and offer me a better solution. His construction team lead was well spoken & easy to work with. Everyone on the job from start to finish was respectful & efficient. They gave me a truly transferable warranty. They did a great job, at a very fair price & were in and out within 48 hours. Hands down the best waterproofer I've ever worked with. Hopefully I won't have to use another waterproofer in one of my own homes. But, if I do, I know I'll be calling All About Waterproofing. Instead, he casually offered to "send over a guy" -- no credentials, no accountability, no professionalism. When I asked for proof of insurance -- which any legitimate moving company should have -- they admitted they had no coverage for moving-related damages. That's right: they operate without the basic protections required to safeguard your property. And despite repeated requests, they've failed to provide any documentation or take responsibility. They acknowledged only one photo of damage, ignored offers to submit more, and tried to walk away from the situation without resolution. Their conduct was evasive, dismissive, and frankly insulting. If you value your time, money, or belongings, do not hire this company. I've filed formal complaints and will pursue legal action if necessary. This business should not be trusted with anyone's property.

They came out did a walkthrough and provided my husband and I a quote, it was not based on the number of rooms what was communicated specifically was that the quote would include all walls and bathrooms, with no trim or closets, and that is what we agreed on. After the work was complete we did a walkthrough through there were so many areas I had to repeatedly point out for touch-ups, and then I noticed that my first floor bathroom wasn't done when I brought it to his attention I was told it wasn't included in the quote and he didn't know it was a bathroom which is very hard to believe since the bathroom door was open at one point and someone must've utilized it because the light was on when I opened the door and noticed it wasn't complete I later realized that the inside of the bathroom window in my room was never completed as well with several other issues I have five windows with broken blinds, a middle downstairs window that needs new bracket and multiple paint stains on the carpet from the work that was done.Overall, I did not have a good experience and if I was quoted for all bathrooms and there was an oversight then it should have been painted after the fact and it wasn't I was told $250 additional and it could be done.
