The Big Lots branded merchandise tends to be very nice quality at decent prices. The sales and discounts are good. My wife is signed up for their reward program and it is fairly lucrative. This particular store can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is neat and squared away. Other times it looks like a bomb went off. We have encountered rude staff as well as very cheerful ones. Your results may vary. The traffic flow around the parking lot is totally wack, but it's not their fault it's the shopping center. Be forewarned, it's easy to get in but difficult to get out, especially at peak traffic times.

There was a sign stating 20% off that the register did not ring up properly. I had to go back to the isle and take a picture of said sign. James was called and was horribly rude and dismissive. Accused me of shoving my phone in his face. We asked for an apology but he just walked away. He did adjust the item but the experience was humiliating and unnecessary.
