A key part was either missing or not working properly, which made it unusable. What's even more frustrating is that when I brought the issue to their attention, there was little to no effort made to resolve the problem or offer a replacement. For something that cost this much, I expected better quality. I'm leaving this review to warn others--please make sure you check your items carefully before leaving the store. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. if you do make sure that you are using a  credit or debit card so you can dispute it with your bank once you realize that your products  not working this place get little to no business so  they wanna keep your money .

I got a…read moreTop-o-matic 2 machine from T.U. and bags of tobacco of 2 cartons worth a bag for $20+tax.. so roughly $10 a carton, try getting that at a gas station.... I recommend getting a cookie sheet & little sticky pads that won't leave residue called gripeez at Walmart in the as seen on TV section by register 9 in the highland store. The cigarette machine works really efficiently when you put at least 1 pad under the sheet and the T2 machine. I not only save tons of money making my own cigarettes but I also spare myself the hassle of rushing to a circle k at 2 a.m. They do have regular cigarettes as well, somewhat cheaper than circle k, but still not anywhere close to $10..., I only wish I started making cigarettes years ago. 5 cents per cigarette is NOT BAD AT ALL.

Enter the Dragon Lair.. I found this shop while doing a search in my area, and it was close by so I decided to drive and check them out. upon entering I was greeted immediately by a nice woman working the counter, after inquiring about the items I was looking for, I decided to look around and the merchandise. the store is very decent sized, and has a huge selection of smoking accessories to choose from. the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products in her store. I shopped for a bit before paying for my purchases, which itself was a delight to pay decent prices for some great products, and I didn't feel like my wallet was getting cleaned out because of my purchases. my first experience in this store, and it was fantastic, I will definitely be returning to Dragon Lair for future purchases. the shop is very easy to find, and easily accessible, there is parking right in front, and they have really good flexible hours. hopefully when I return I will deal with the same woman, its nice to not have to deal with some twenty something skate punk with attitude when making these kinds of purchases, keeping it on an adult level as it should be, makes for a delightful shopping experience. if your in the market for some new smoking accessories, be sure to check this place out, great selection, friendly staff, all combine to make for a wonderful shopping experience..
