I'm a patient of Dr. Eliah and have been receiving care at the Grovetown location for almost a year…read morenow. I honestly couldn't be happier with my care. I really can't say enough positive things about the doctor and the entire staff here. I have a rather complex patient profile and upon moving to Augusta I initially was a patient at the military treatment facility. When I decided to change that and first went to Serenity I was quite anxious about being able to continue the care plan that I had while I lived in Va, the plan that my doctor at Eisenhower completely tore apart and refused to keep in place. I was nervous and worried and when I mentioned this to the nurses they were very encouraging and kind. I'm pleased to say that once my records from Virginia were sent to Dr. Elijah's office he was more than happy to continue my care as it had been for three years prior to moving to Augusta. He was also very kind and wasn't ever condescending or rude. I was so incredibly relieved. When I had questions about the efficacy of my medication he listened and was happy to change the things that weren't working so great. I'm also pleased to report that the therapy providers are really wonderful. Dr. Eliah and his staff are a credit to their specialty and to medicine in general. I'm so very happy with the compassion and care that I receive.

Other places I get them in 2-4 days, a month is crazy. I was never belligerent or mean but I was persistent in geting results. They didn't like that. A lot of incompetence and some just plain not caring, with a dash of being lied too. Anyway, hope this honest review helps. Maybe you will have a better experince.

I was told this is a requirement even if you aren't sick. I was told it had been 1 year and 28 days since my last visit and they could no longer refill my BP medicine.
