After many years of being with this company as a customer, we have ended our relationship on a sour note. We had DirectTv service in New Mexico and it worked fine out there. We moved to Texas two years ago and ever since it has been a fight for decent service. The few programs we do watch are many times pixalated or the timing is off and they look like Chinese dubbing. We had techs out multiple times, only to be told they don't know how to fix the problem. We now have cable and went to cancel DirectTv, they informed us that we would be charged $80 for an early out ( 4months). So much for loyalty. No more. read more

The slowest customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. If you plan on getting a problem resolve be prepared to be on the phone for over an hour. Ridiculous for a company this large to not hire enough people to service their customers. read more

Folks don't hook up with these guys . They offered internet and tv service at a great price to get my business. 2weeks later they tell me they do not provide internet service to my area but they have a different provider that handles it . They do but the speed is 10times slower than grande.i have to go back with grande for internet. I am not happy call to cancel . Another great deal offered.the bill starts increasing 3to 4 dollars a month and last month a 30 dollar increase . I cancel but wait I have contract they say . Fine send it to me and I will pay . No contract but a 260 bill for early termination . Call and get a almost English speaking person in India I think . Nothing resolved .they will promise you the moon to get your ok but it goes bad pretty fast . The tv service is ok unless it's raining ,snowing or the winds blowing .i have phone service with at@t for 30 years a cell phone and my business phone .
