As a…read moreconstruction and design professional, I had to source materials and design several bathrooms -- selecting tile, coordinating ground colors, finishes, and all the necessary materials. Oscar truly went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose everything I needed and made sure the materials coordinated perfectly. His customer service and attention to detail made a big difference. We did experience a hiccup with one of the cashiers, which caused a significant inconvenience. However, Seaan stepped in immediately, handled the situation professionally, and provided the appropriate credits. He took care of business exactly the way a strong manager should -- fair, solution-oriented, and respectful. Because of how they handled everything, I will absolutely continue giving them our business. Great customer service and true professionalism go a long way. Highly recommend this team!

He pointed out that my flooring wouldn't match my wall tile (something I missed) and helped me pick a better option. He also made sure I had all the extra materials I didn't even know I needed. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and saved me from making a costly mistake. Highly recommend asking for Oscar!

I would suggest parking on E. Live Oak St, rather than on San Gabriel. Besides the fact that San…read moreGabriel is a super busy street that backs up with traffic, if you decide to buy a bigger item that needs to be picked up from their back warehouse, you have easier access to get in, instead of circling your car around the block. The prices here, in-person can be better and even more discounted than on their website, depending on what inventory they need to clear out. There are lots of chairs, like office chairs, gaming chairs, dining chairs, bar stools, that you can get for a really, really, REALLY good price. I'm not gonna say they're the best quality, but I think it's perfect if you need to quickly furnish a place on a budget, ie - a college student needing a desk, chair, etc for a dorm or an apartment. I would say, try sitting on the stuff in store before you buy to test it's durable enough for your usage. You have to imagine that stuff this cheap is built as mail-order stuff for skinny Asians. I picked up a side table that's lasted the better part of a year, so far. I was SUPER tempted to get a fluffy cat tree for $20. Some cool selection of outdoor furniture. And even some random household things, like a clothes steamer. The thing is, I get the sense that their inventory is rather randomized. But I think you'll find some cool deals or something useful for a bargain if you take stroll and walk around. Their pricing puts a lot of other "outlet" warehouse furniture stores to shame.

TL;DR: Cheap quality stuff at low prices…read more Saw this place advertised on some social media video and it's kind of close by and we were looking for outdoor furniture so we decided to go take a look. The room is pretty big so thought there was going to be a lot of good stuff. Looking around the place it became quickly apparent that this stuff is really just overstock stuff. Sitting in the chairs and feeling the fabric of the furniture you can tell the quality is somewhat lower which is reflected in the prices. After walking around for a few minutes we decided to leave. The prices are good but the stuff just seems disposable. Like you just replace them every year. We just didn't find anything worthwhile and the social media post was obviously an exaggeration and just had to pass. Only go if you want low prices over quality. But we had to pass.

Here you can find a wide variety of hand-crafted goods. And there is quite a myriad of objects on display. There are a large number of hand-woven bags, rugs and tapestries for use or display (or both). One wall is almost entirely devoted to jewelry. And there's a very large collection of pottery, including bowls, dishes and coffee mugs. This place is an excellent place to shop for those who are intrigued by foreign cultures. And the prices are extremely reasonable. And besides for being reasonable, you can find nice pieces in the under ten dollar range, well into the one hundred and fifty or more. There really is something for any budget. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed help...but was not asked every five minutes (something that I see as a major plus). Check out was a breeze with the clerk on duty. I will definitely come again.

The manager Laurel was so kind and welcomed me in! She answered all of my questions and explained to me how to the items are sourced and selected for the shop. This is a BEAUTIFUL shop with the most incredible selection of affordable gifts and treasures. Bright, cheery, and well-organized. I didn't intend to buy so much, but I found something for each member of my family and a few friends, too. My favorites were the ornaments, children's area, kitchen items (aprons, dish towels) and the beautiful jewelry!! I had so much fun browsing and I am thrilled with my purchases. Thank you, Laurel! You are running a fab shop here in Pasadena and I can't wait to return!

The staff are always welcoming and always smile when they see my dogs! Their stuff is well organized and kept. Good selection of things as well. I like to look at their home decor section, pet section, and sometimes adult clothing on the TJMaxx side. Compared to other locations, I find that this one has the best selection of things and I almost always find a hidden treasure. I found three wine glasses that clearly came from the same set, but each individually priced 1.99, 4.50, and 6.00. The original price was already like 6.99, so I figured 6.00 did not sound reasonable for pieces from an incomplete set. I came to the checkout asking if they could do a price match within store, if not, I would be willing to pay 1.99 and 4.50 for two of them while 6.00 would be beyond what I'd be willing to spend on that quality. The staff came, and tore the stickers, marked all three of them at 6.00. Fine, I left them there. But seriously, I have never seen this done at any other budget store or regular retail. Not at Rack, not at anywhere else, thanks TJ Maxx and HomeGoods for showing me a new world of poor service.
