I had no idea what to search for or what to expect when contacting a private security business…read more This was my first time seeking out these services in order to more safely address/resolve a situation with a mentally unstable, aggressive, and often-drugged up individual. I spoke with Mike on the phone last week about my situation. He was professional and patient with my little worry-filled self. He followed up diligently to my questions / concerns and provided resources that were helpful for my situation. He worked w my uncertain timeline due to this particular unstable individual's unpredictability. The situation ended up resolving peacefully.
