When called Postal Annex in Chantilly, spoke to an employee, v explained all the details, and this person has raised his voice on the phone and recommended to go elsewhere since there are other locations available if the appointment was cancelled, without providing the reason. So instead of simply providing the basic customer service by listening to the customer without interruption and attempting to provide the work around (by turning the business away and sending the customer to choose a different location, which customer knows and there was a reason why he was not interested in the alternative location) - the employee has chose to raise his voice and trying to argue on the phone. When asked about his and manager's name, he had provided same unknown wrong name. Expecting for the Manager's apology and refund, spent too much time on this, employee was very rude, poor customer service, unprofessional.

I've been going to Evolution Printing for five years now. They are more of a partner than a vendor…read more I live in Manassas and manage two sizable events in Washington, DC every year. Evolution prints all of our signage (including retractables) and collateral materials, and they always look great! And they have pointed out mistakes prior to printing several times which saved us money. And they are always there for us. Last week was our conference. Evo printed out Avery name tags which looked great. But I realized the day before when I went to stuff them that the generic plastic name tag holders I bought were tight -- too small for the name tags to fit into. I called Evo and although it was late in the day, they had me drop off the name tags so they could trim them down for me ever so slightly and neatly with a professional machine cutter for a clean finish. It was a big save.
