The staff so far have been very professional, handled my two dogs with obvious experience, yet they were still warm and welcoming to both me and my two furry guests. My two large dogs are allowed board together in an indoor/outdoor run which is a big bonus for me. When I picked them up, they were happy, no signs of stress whatsoever. I will continue to board with these folks and I so apreciate the work they do to make our furry companions feel at home while we are away.

Please please ask to see where the dogs are kept during the day, your dog will be left in a crate…read moreall day on a cement floor with no blankets, kennel sprayed with water and left not fully dried when they use the bathroom( and sometimes even the dog sprayed out of carelessness) , and if signed up for daycare don't be fooled they get to play in a room for a short amount of time and then will be put right back in those wet cement crates. If your dog is signed up for walks it goes around that little path out in front of the place and then right back into the crates. The workers will mishandle your dogs, call them cruel names, and physically push them where they want them to go. Your dogs are not being treated the way you think, if they seem happy when you pick them up it's because they are so relieved to be out of this awful place NOT because they had a good time.

When I picked her up she was still wet and had eye boogers. I paid a whopping 55$ to get a wet dog back with eye boogers. I believe they were two different groomers. The first time was done by a lady and it was great, the second was done by someone else and when I picked her up it's she was still damp and a mess.
