When I asked to test drive, they found that they had lost the key to the truck. I was asked to return 3 hours later. Upon returning, the key they had promised to order from Chevrolet still wasn't there. I had to wait another hour for them to figure out who was going to go get it. 2. Once on the test drive, I was advised by the owner that they had all service records for the vehicle. Upon signing, they had *lost* them. 3. I was told I would be given a 21 day trip permit - again, once I gave them cash for the vehicle, I was told that they were out of 21 day trip permits. I was given a 10 day trip permit instead 4. As of today, 6 weeks after the purchase, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE TITLE. So I have a truck that I haven't been able to drive for the past 4 and 1/2 weeks. I can't register it, I can't get tags. 5. I've called numerous times regarding this issue. The first time I was referred to the DMV. The DMV says that there has been no activity on the title. The second time I called I was told to call right back and ask for the manager. I called back, it went to voicemail. So, I've given this dealership 4,500 cash for a truck I can't drive. It would have taken one phone call to resolve this on their part, but now I'm forced to call my lawyer. Buyer beware.

I had the car shipped to my house and first time starting it I knew something was wrong! The car was shaking and misfiring with check engine lights and wrenchblights on the dash and I couldn't even drive my new car!! The car turned out to have major engine problems and I had to have the engine rebuilt which not only was my new car in the shop for several months not being able to enjoy my new car but I had to pay outta my own pocket several thousands of dollars for the repair. When I got a hold of Manny and told him my situation he said that he would make it right and help out with the costs of the repairs. When it came time to ask him about sending some $$ he just ignored all my text messages and calls like he blocked me. I would have just gone down to the dealership but they are over 2000 miles away from me. Please take my advice!! MS Motors sold me a car knowing there was a MAJOR issue with it!! I called to find out why the car was not there. They told me the car was having some work completed on it. Seriously? Ok, so that in itself was a deal breaker. But, the car having a rebuilt title suffered some damage. I asked for a copy of the report that shows the work on a left rear wheel which was significantly damaged in a accident. I was told they did not have the report or receipt of work having been done. I was told that they are trustworthy and they would not sell cars if they did not have the cars repaired to specs. What? I should just take your word for it? Keep in mind that they are an auto seller on 82nd ave which is known for shady business for cars. Pretty weak. That in itself was also not a deal breaker...but all thing combined, I said I am out. Pre inspection cost was higher specifically because of auto sellers on 82nd ave. Buy at your own risk. I did my research on cars, saw the damage, was willing to risk the damage IF the car was repaired properly. No proof, no purchase.

As mentioned above, I'm not from Oregon, so I had to make a purchasing decision sight unseen. To help with that decision, I requested a walk-around video with the engine revving and pictures of the underbody to check for any rust. Phill was quick and sent those to me immediately. He then sent over the paperwork through email - I read through it in detail, was satisfied so I signed and sent it back, then we got on the phone and I put a deposit down through my credit card. The whole process was quick and easy - not once did Phill try to sell me anything extra, we just talked about the car, what I needed from them, and how we can get the deal done... that was it. A few more details - they held onto the car for me for an extra 2 weeks in their lot because I had to find time to fly in to pick it up in person - in exchange, they requested I put a higher deposit which counted towards the purchase price, which was fair and not an issue. Phill also graciously offered to return 50% of the deposit in the event I didn't want the car. The day I picked up the car was just as easy. They had the car on the lot ready to go, I inspected and test drove it, it was every bit as good as it looked in the pictures. I paid the remaining amount, we finalized the paperwork, and I happily drove back home! I'm writing this review about 15 days after I picked up the car and 1K miles later. The car drives like new, I've had no issues - I'm very happy with the purchase price, the car itself, and the whole experience. Thanks Phill and the Kova Team!

They are also REASONABLY PRICED (I do repairs on my own car regularly and was pleasantly surprised). Their customer service is phenomenal, the pricing extremely transparent, and Eduardo walked me through different options to help me decide whether to buy my CV Axel with them or elsewhere and just pay them for labor. I bought the CV Axel myself, but to have them replace the right inner and outer tire rod ends + get a brake fluid exchange + CV Axel replacement, I paid $534. The first place I went tried to charge me $1.2k this place is a god send thank you Eduardo! I was worried abt not being able to drive to and from work and school, and they really delivered.
