I had photos of my purchase vehicle neither of the vehicles they tried to convince me were the same one were the same one. thank God I took photos in advance when I first went to test drive it the battery was dead. the one they tried to convince me was the one I test drove had a deep scratch the length of the car the seats fabric was damaged , the console were damaged. the mileage on both were not the same it was an automatic not a manual. I looked past that the two they tried to pass off on me neither had a working jack, the consoles were different the steering wheels were different the grills were different, thas gas fill was not on the same side. I know cars as I been turning a wrench since I was 5 years old. I walked out angry and disgusted had to undo the insurance I had spent time and money securing as well as back out the credit union pre approved loan paperwork. it's my guess they wanted to sell it to someone financed thru their own lenders at an outrageous interest rate mine was locked in at 8 percent. they should have communicated it was no longer available im still furious and will leave this right here I've wasted enough of my precious time already dealing with these clowns. tell me these two cars are the same

I believe most if not all of their vehicles are restored to where they don't look damaged at all. The truck I bought looks perfect! Pricing is considerably lower than retail values. In my case, I purchased a 2021 Ranger XLT that was restored to near perfection at about 23% below retail and that price also included a robust Warranty Plan. After purchasing the Ranger, I took it to Courtesy Ford and they could not tell it was ever damaged! The inspection resulted in perfect status. The only non-issue is that the new bumper it has is not parking sensor capable which this model has as standard. No fault of Konkin and no issue for me. The backup display handles this safety alert just fine. The sales experience with Tim was very personable and easy. I am retired and have purchased many vehicles over the years. A truck I bought from them 10 years ago is still running great. This means they do a good job vetting their vehicles. I'm sure a few sneak by but you always take your chances on any used car. They even go above and beyond. We needed a lift on the truck and they took care of that for us from a local company. It was a free service as we paid that invoice to that lift company directly. car shopping hint here..... beware of car flippers. Many mechanics buy cars cheap and fix them up to resell on craigslist. The fix is usually good enough for it to run and they can ask the higher blue book prices. How to spot them? a phone call with simple questions and re-reading the ad(s) carefully... and a lot of common sense. Compare the ad with others - how they are written up like a car dealer! One fella would not accept a cashiers check if we went together to get it from my bank --- red flag!!

In the beginning they did me well. After my father told they didn't want me going back due to the fact Rodrigo fucked my axle seals up replacing my ball joints and for months have been trying to get him to fix it. Then try telling a story to my dad that theres no way he (Rodrigo) could've damaged them when clearly its easy to damage them taking the axles out as any other mechanic would even tell you such as Ford and other mechanics in the area. Seized one of my hub assemblys up as well and replaced both because he didnt lube them. Front differential i had to have serviced and cleaned because he damaged the seals causing the differentials to be low and putting the axles back in pushed dirt into the differential. I asked over and over to fix it and he made up a story each time and actually never fixed it just cleaned it. It costed me a lot to service it and buy extra fluid until i can replace the seals. Always gave them the amount of money they wanted and not to talk face to face and after sending alot of people their way and they act like this? Horrible company and cant stand behind their work. Even talking to my father and not calling me and doing me wrong. Dont go to Don Lee motors. Word will get out of this treatment. As well they never answer the phone or call you back when they say they will. As you can see i tried multiple times to reach out and try and have it fixed and everyone knows on an 99 f350 v10 changing the ball joints the axles come out and the seals can be damaged. And well the photos can show you all you need to know. Absolutely bullshit being a customer and so nice and being told im not allowed to go their because they dont want to fix it.. guess these people werent as genuine as i thought.

Was the business sold? The customer service was abysmal! The owner told me to drop it off on a Monday and he would take a look. By the end of Tuesday, he had not even looked at it and wasn't sure when he would be able to get to it. I also talked to him about purchasing a car on the lot and he was SO condescending. It also felt like he was playing games with me. I didn't stick around after that. I found a great shop that oozes professionalism, is much better priced. I am so happy I have never had to deal with them again!!
