Each nook and cranny seems carefully cultivated to remind you why your backyard space should be a sanctuary, a place for relaxing, away from a busy world and glowing screens. I like to go there just for the inspiration. The selection is colorful, with each authentic piece having its own character. I've gotten a bird bath from here, numerous pots and other cute tchotchkes that have made my backyard an extended room in my home. Some of my pieces have been a little more expensive but the quality is what I've paid for, knowing they aren't cheaply made. The staff is friendly and genuinely is invested in the place. The experience overall is worth taking a trip, if only to window shop and get ideas... bet ya won't go home empty-handed!

I gave Sue a theme idea (tropical) and a price budget and she designed a beautiful and large arrangement for our exhibit booth. I was very pleased. Our trade show was in the Hyatt Regency Convention Center and they delivered the arrangement to our booth during the set-up hours.

The Annex has 4-5 vendors inside selling various vintage items for your home. There is furniture, jewelry, ornaments, books, vintage dog outfits, mirrors and so much more. There are some wonderful things to be had here, but you must be brave enough to look around and really think about what would work in your place. Don't just buy to buy, think about where it would work in your place. In the back of The Annex there is a section where everything is 50% off. This is where we found the most perfect ruffled Christmas Tree dog outfit for a friend of ours. It even came with a hat. It was so cute and ugly that we just had to have it. I will be back after the holidays to hunt through the racks for some of those ornaments in the hope that the price has reduced some. They were colorful and sparkly and right up my alley. The Annex is a wonderful place to pick up some additional pieces for the home, either big statement pieces or some accent pieces.

They made fun of someone's name kinda looking down on the person while doing so. Management seems to always be off too. One time I purchased a 50$ gift card and was told that even if I lost the flimsy little paper the credit is written on, my name is on the system and it can be looked up. Months passed and when I went in the store after losing the gift card (again it's on paper) they said it was never a thing that they look up gift card by name. I won't ever go back after these interactions. Yes their selection is nice but it's overpriced and a rip off of someone else's culture or religion.

Turns out the "clearance" cabinet was actually backordered on a container ship overseas. Their own invoice showed the items as B/O at time of sale. When I asked for a fair resolution, the owner: * Repeatedly ignored my requests to communicate via email * Hid behind Terms and Conditions, then contradicted them by threatening to cancel my order * Gave me four different delivery timelines, none of which held * Blamed BDI, the shipping company, and the weather * Offered me a net $50 discount and called it "reasonable and fair" * Gave me 33 minutes via email to accept an offer or he'd cancel The moment I asked him to commit to an actual delivery date with accountability, he cancelled the order and refunded my deposit. Robert held $2,000 hostage for seven weeks for a cabinet that was never coming. Save yourself the headache.
