For 6 years I have endured the most poorly managed service (and now parts) departments i have ever encountered. It literally takes 8 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Good luck if you need more work done. They don't stock common parts for the most popular model. They recently had my car 5 days to replace a water pump. Now that my extended warranty is running out I do not intend to ever return there. Not to mention they speak to you as though you are a gullible idiot. What they don't know is that i have worked in a parts and service department at a dealership in the past. I actually know what goes on and how it can work smoothly. These people need to get a decent manager and start over from scratch. Avoid them until that happens.

With the reasonably low miles, I was willing to give it some serious thought even though, I'd STILL have to pay at least $1,000 or more to save it shipped from FL to NJ. Plus, I really wanted at minimum a Sport or Sport Tech model, but for the price I was willing to make a compromise. So, I began speaking with a Sales Rep Alan about the car. At first, I asked him to get pics posted since strangely enough, there were none posted on their website, even though the car was ready to be sold. He was accommodating and did take pics and have them posted (it took a bit longer than it really should have though, in all honesty). BUT Alan was friendly, courteous, and professional in phone calls and text updates. THEN, on 6/27/23, the price abruptly was increased by $2,044 to $26,990?? (As of 8/13/23, the price was magically dropped by $1,000 to $25,990 after almost 2 months of no takers...lol). When I asked WHY the price increased by $2k, Alan responded, "It looks like the vehicle price was adjusted due to the daily market values that the dealership follows". His Manager knew that they had an interested and motivated buyer and they STILL did this? NOT a good look, Kraft Nissan! Another very odd thing about this dealership that I've NEVER seen at any Nissan dealership is what they call a "Kraft Care Package" which is mandatory to purchase at a cost of $2,995. Why do I need Nitrogen filled tires? Most mechanics say it isn't needed. I told Alan that this a HUGE money grab. And so, with that ridiculous package added on, an $849 Dealer Documentation Fee, and Tax, the price is $32,408 (Not including any down payment or trade-in from me). When you see the pics below showing what's part of this "Kraft Care Package", you'll wonder how this dealership does business at all. Best to avoid them and shop elsewhere folks.

I gave detailed pickup and return instructions and made sure they had my correct phone number. My vehicle was picked up on time and I watched it arrive at the dealership through their tracking app. After that, I received no call, no text, and no update for hours. At 2:30 p.m., I had to call them myself only to find out they had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked when it was dropped off and what it was there for, even though THEY picked it up through THEIR valet service and my appointment was already scheduled. I was then told the valet driver did not properly check the car in. That is still no excuse. My appointment was on the schedule, and any organized service department should have figured out why a scheduled customer vehicle was sitting there untouched all day. They also tried to blame having the wrong phone number, which was false. I gave my number when I booked, to the valet driver, and again to the manager. No one chose to call me. I asked multiple times to speak with the owner and got excuse after excuse why he could not come to the phone. To make it worse, they returned my vehicle to the wrong parking garage, so after work I had to walk multiple garages trying to find my own car. After having my vehicle from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., they completed absolutely no service. This is the third issue I have had with this dealership. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Based on that quote, I decided to bring my car to the dealership instead of another repair shop where I had also received an estimate. I was shocked to learn that the new quote given today was nearly three times higher than the price I had been given just two days earlier. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that the employee who provided the original quote had made a "human error" by not reading the entire service page. The problem is that I specifically told the representative when I called that I was comparing prices before deciding where to have my car serviced. It is difficult not to feel misled when the price changes so dramatically after I've already committed my time and brought my vehicle in. Whether it was truly a mistake or not, the experience feels like a bait-and-switch.

But, okay I'll roll with that. After the purchase, the car died on me overnight. Had to have it towed next day. They did a little more inspection this time...The vehicle was not inspection properly before being sold. They gave 4 new tires and an alignment on them. Okay I'll roll with that. A few weeks later, my console is telling me something is draining the battery so I called them again to see if they even did a basic inspection on yhe vehicle. They sent me to a local shop that works on bmws etc. Turns out they put a battery that was too small for the vehicle instead of getting the correct battery...
