I am guessing this is the first and probably only review of Direct Asset Management of Royalton (MN). I bought a car from them on an auction website, and the car had SEVERAL undisclosed issues, many of which could not be detected by a cursory inspection. Those un-disclosed issues include:
-The headliner in the vehicle is destroyed.
-The check engine light is on.
-The car leaks oil.
-The vents smell like oil and coolant / exhaust
-The car vibrates over 55 MPH.
-The front driver's seat has a huge rip in it.
-The car beeps when the driver's door is open, even when there is no key in.
-The front driver's door has clear tape covering up a rip.
-One of the radio button knobs is missing.
-The exterior is horrendously scratched.
-Water pools in the back and the carpets get sopping wet during a rain storm.
When I want to pick up the car, their mechanic actually made fun of how crappy it was. I thought it was a joke...at first.
After I realized how crappy the car was, I emailed several complaints to them, and finally (2 weeks later) got a phone call back from their office. The woman who called me swore at me and hung up on me. I am not even joking right now.
BUYER BEWARE! Direct Asset Management of Royalton seems to be a crummy outfit. I am sure they have lots of good cars, but I got a real doozy from them, and they treat upset customers like crap. Would recommend not buying from them based on my experience. read more
