I was really disappointed. Usually I take my puppy else where, but walked by and discovered this place. thought I would try a new groomer. His apt was scheduled for 2pm. Naturally I wanted to introduce my puppy to the groomer and let her know what I was looking to have done. She came out with an attitude and expressed she was really busy. I received a phone call around 430 to let me know that my dog was ready. NOTHING WAS DONE TO HIM!! stated that I needed to pay more attention to him, Touch his paws, his head and get him used to people more???!!!!!!! INSULTING! I've never had a problem in the past with other groomers. I feel it was an excuse because she was " really busy" they charged me 30.00 to basically watch my dog. read more

I'm really disappointed in this place. I made an appointment for my dog's anal glands to be released because they are much closer than my vet's office. Well, I said the same thing that I have always said that my dog is very skittish around dogs. Well, the lady declined to have my dog brought back for her appointment. If they didn't run that place like a daycare and have dogs chilling out all over the place I'm sure this wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, the place is run like a pet boarding center and has dogs just laying about and doing whatever they want to do. I feel ashamed that I have to write this. I spend good money there on dog food as well as treats for my pets since I've moved here. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Nothing but apologies because she felt that she couldn't handle the task. Then why have a pet grooming center if your staff cannot manage to do simple grooming and not run that place like a pet boarding center? I will make sure to tell everyone I know who shops there to not step foot into that place again. read more

To all who take their pet to dipidy dawg I thought you should know, worst place I have ever taken my dog. Had a 2 o'clock appt. Arrived 15 min early my dog was the only one in there, after 3 hours I walk in to find the groomer taking a big poodle off the table, the only thing gotten done in 3 hrs was a bath. Don't know about the rest of you but don't want my dog left anywhere for a long period of time. Not to mention, they don't require anyone to show the dogs brought there are up to date with their shots. Meaning you could get your pet sick from other dogs! I will never take my dog there again. Very unprofessional! 3 hours and nothing got done! No way to run a business! read more

We were not pleased with the cut or with their organization. Our 10 pound terrier's face was unevenly trimmed. Also, the staff wrote down my wife's cell number correctly so we wasted a trip from Ft Myers because the groomer did not show that day. read more

We have been going here for years, back even when they were located at Coconut Point Mall. Service has declined over the last 6 months. I have tried speaking with the staff and they have not been receptive. Sadly, we won't return. read more

I took my toy poodle here. And the haircut was cute BUT right after he got a bacterial infection. I had to immediately take him to the vet to get antibiotics. I noticed they did not clean his ears or did his anal expression. I specifically asked for them to do the sanitary services. I was very disappointed. I should have known when they didn't ask for any papers for rabies or anything when they agreed to groom him. read more

Do NOT get your dog groomed here! I've had several bad grooming experiences with several different groomers at both of their locations over the past three years. The last time they butchered my dog was it for me. Very inconsistently and bad groomers constantly being hired. I only gave them two stars because their products are very good and they have a nice bakery for dogs too. read more

Always get great service for my medium sized lab mix. Shedding is definitely decreased for a few weeks after a grooming session.

I can't comment on their services because I couldn't even get the person at the front desk to answer questions about grooming. They told me they were very busy. I get that but really they could be a little more welcoming. They paid no attention to me or my dog. read more

Dipidy Dawg is a very nice place. They have a great all natural dog bakery, and a large variety of treats and natural dog food. I have taken my puppy to get groomed by Trish three times, the first time they did a great job. The second time, they did an even better job. I loved the cut and Cali was super soft and smelled so good. The third time I took her there will be my last. I went into the store to schedule Cali for her grooming appointment. I asked the girl at the front if I could come in on a certain day and a time in the evening since I work every day till 4:30. She told me no to bringing her in at a time and said sorry and didn't even try to get me in for another day where I could come in the evening. I went online to the website, and scheduled the appointment at the time and day I wanted, that was available on their online booking system. I got an email confirming the appointment. The day before my appointment I received an email confirming my appointment, but at a time 2 hours earlier than what I had scheduled...with no call. I got off work early to bring her in. When I went in to pick her up, the lady at the front said, "you should really consider giving your dog anxiety medication because she wouldn't stop screaming and it was disturbing the groomer and the other dogs and we even got calls next door complaining about your dog". Now, my dog is a shihpoo and about a year and a half old. So on average she gets groomed once a month, so in total Cali has probably gotten groomed 10 times at least. I have never once had an issue with Cali getting groomed, and I truly think the groomer's and the front desk girl's bad energy was what made Cali feel uncomfortable there. I didn't appreciate the way the front desk approached me with this issue or how it was said. I have found a new place for Cali, with actual pleasant and honest people. Although Dipidy Dawg is convenient, it is worth the distance to take her somewhere else. read more

have been taking coco to dipidy dawg for a few years now but I do not think I will be returning. they seem to have a high turnover rate of groomers. Every time we get a decent groomer the next time they are no longer working there. We like our dog to have a short hair cut and I am little picky with how she is groomed. today when I went to pick up coco I requested her tail to a bit shorter and her head to be a bit shorter. I kept sending her back until I was happy. I do not think the woman in the front appreciated that. then they suddenly raised their price $5 and I did not know. last time I paid $5 less and was not really happy with that. I was then told that because of me taking so long to pay I lost a customer for them who was waiting. I did not appreciate the way I was treated today and will have to find another groomer in the area. I really think $55 for a small dog grooming is a bit obnoxious anyway. no longer happy unfortunately. read more
