I've never been so disappointed with my dog's grooming. And my dog has a special family event to attend Not a fresh looking cut AT ALL and smelling weird after a full groom. She forgot to do his whole front and I didn't see until later since my dog's a shortie. My dog is a happy dog and even he came out looking upset but relieved to see me (which is odd for him). Horrible start to moving to a new area. The store and bakery ppl were more inviting than the grooming ppl. Save your 65$+ please! I rarely write bad reviews...upsetting to say the least. read more

I would give this groomer a zero review if I could. She name is Jean. I brought my fox terrier to have him hand stripped which is recommended for this breed. He has been hand stripped for all his six years. we have also had him groomed in Florence Italy were we lived for a few years. They did a great job. Wire fox terriers should not be clipped and this groomer must have clipped him. I am extremely angry. He was at the salon for over three hours and I guess he was in a kennel for most of the time. You cannot see the grooming area so you don't know what they are doing In the back. We are very particular about how he looks and he looks terrible after only a week after that the grooming. Terrible job. Shame on you! read more

I have gone to this groomer for years and I was always satisfied. But the last grooming session was very stressful because my dog who is a Westie and requires a specific cut , no Shaping around the head , very close cut on his rear which is very irritating to my dog. I am not sure what happened but I would think about having your dog groomed by this groomer. read more

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAT HERE!!! Made appt to get my cat's hair cut and nails trimmed. Specifically said he didn't need a bath. Took him in for his appt, not realizing they had an indoor dog park right beside the check in spot. There were 3 large dogs playing and barking. My cat became very stressed in his crate. Took about 8 mins before I started the sign in process which took a few more mins. Then a very loud vacuum was turned on. More stress for my cat. The entire time there were many dogs barking in the back area that I couldn't see. When he was taken to the back, I asked to see where they were taking him so they allowed me to go back with him. He was taken to a small grooming room where he was by himself, they set him (still In his crate) on the grooming table) and we left the room and they closed him in there. I was as stressed as my cat at that point with all the noise, the filth that I saw on the way to the grooming room, and that they said it would be 2-3 hours! I almost didn't leave him and now wish I hadn't! Picked him up about 2 hours later. They handed him to me in his crate so I didn't see his cut. They told me he was still wet from his bath, which I told them not to bathe him when I made appt AND when I checked in! Got home, let him out of crate, and saw the WORST cut I've ever seen! Places missed, cut not even, the fur on the end of his tail looks like it's been in a blender! And all that stress and a TERRIBLE cut for $125!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE!!! read more

I take my two dogs to get groomed here and also buy their food and treats. The people do a great job and my boys are always glad to see them - a good sign! It's so great having a local store that sells raw food and healthy treats vs the traditional dog food with all the preservatives and fillers. I especially appreciate the staff and how they take the time to explain best options and help me choose. Grooming is always done well, and the grooming area is visible from the store. Again, a good sign that they're out where everyone can see how they work with the dogs. read more

The dog park is wonderful. My dog can play w others her size and get out all that energy/. Very clean, cool and perfect! I recently tried the cheeseburger sliders. Absolutely delicious w the best fries ever. I would highly recommend this indoor cool dog park to take your dog to. read more

I am here on a weekly basis as I buy all my cat's food here, they have a healthier selection then most pet stores or grocery stores. It was amazing what Paw-Radise was able to do to my three precious cats. I didn't realize what the maintenance was for Persians. It showed once I brought them in (trust me) and they assured me it was ok. It was........ Paw-Radis took complete care of them. This place is Horrible!! We've been clients for 3 years and yesterday was the last day we will ever step foot in this place. We had an appointment specifically with Ben for our 5 month old Glodendoodle to be groomed for the first time. I had a lengthy conversation with Ben about what he was doing with Fender. 3 1/2 hours later... I walked in the store after having already called once at the 2 hour mark. I was told Ben went home sick. I can't believe a place of business operates like this, why wouldn't anyone call us and why would Ben let someone else groom my dog without talking with me first? I've never been so disappointed. Things have happened in the past while going here but I've let them go, this time I can't. read more

We went to Paw Radise because a friend had recommended it and it was conveniently located. We went here 3 times. May 17th, July 19th, and Sept 20th of 2019. The first time we went our mini poodle shih tzu was 10 mo old. The groomer did an excellent job but the sales clerks handling the business were a bit abrupt and self absorbed. Not customer service oriented in the least. I had been told by my friend that they charged $55. When I looked at the bill it came to $65 plus tip. I asked the sales clerk when they raised their prices. she said the price hadn't changed and I must be mistaken. This was said with a real attitude. I was a bit disappointed but what was I going to do. My 3rd visit was a very intimidating and condescending experience. I asked to speak to the groomer about a few mats my dog had. I brush my dog daily or at most every other day religiously. So the mats were not a usual occurrence. The groomer told me I needed to discuss this w the owner, Jonathan. Jonathan came out and told me that I would need to pay an additional $10 to $20 surcharge for dematting. He said I had not been taking my dog in on a timely basis and that for her "style cut" she needed to be seen every 6 weeks. He said it had been over 2 months since I had been here. Then I said I tried to make an appt 2 weeks prior and that this was the first opening. He quickly went to his computer so he could challenge my response. He said, "right here it says you called 10 DAYS ago" I asked how he could charge me a surcharge when I had never been given notification of this store policy. He starts arguing with me saying that I signed the store policy on my first visit. Unable to provide me with proof of my signature he backed off his high horse and said he would make an exception this time! Jonathan was talking to me with such condescension and disdain that my husband had to walk out of the store being so upset. Now my little girl is the joy in my life and all I want is to get her groomed and pay a fair price and be treated respectfully. After this very intense altercation I left the store. I came back to pick my little girl up and I was a few minutes early. As I stood at the counter looking at the groomer Jonathan told me I should step away as I could distract my dog and make it more difficult for her to be groomed. Then I started looking at the dog brushes and asked a question as to which would be appropriate. Jonathan then starts going on a soliloquy about brushes and how he could show me a video on how to brush a dog properly and that he could get any mat out of a dog. I was certainly appalled at his lack of customer service, and his high falutin attitude. Not an ounce of humility in this guy. And he is the owner! I have owned dogs since I was a kid. My mother was a breeder of Kerry Blue Terriors. I know how to brush a dog! And I also know when I am getting ripped off. People beware. This guy is a real jerk and his tactics w clientele are less then admirable. Spend your money at a groomers store who will appreciate his customers. I rarely write reviews but felt the service was so outstanding it was necessary! I went just to browse, I have a 5 month old kitten. The staff was so friendly and informative. I was not only given a few samples of dry cat food (which my kitten LOVES) I was educated on the types of foods (wet vs dry) the brands they had and more. I've never had such a pleasant experience at any pet shop. So nice having a local store that sells raw food and treats. read more

This place is amazing. I have a Havanese and had other goomers butcher her hair. I took her to Benjamin at Paw Radise in Estero, FL. and he got her coat back to where it should be and explained what I needed to do between groomings. Ben is caring and wants what is best for the dog and also listens to the owner. I am seasonal in FL, but am considering flying back to have her groomed. I chose Pawadise for location. Our family has taken our Whippet to Pawadise more than a handful of times and each time after getting his nails trimmed, rewarded him by purchasing a toy, the cost $9.55 for the toy. The toy mimics sounds of like lil pets. Yesterday I went @ 5:30 pm to get our pet's nails trimmed and was told all nail techs were gone. I went ahead and purchased the lil toy, as our Pet was used to that process after walking to the store. The toy was a bunny, it was supposed to make a boing sound... took it home tossed it once and no sound... put it in a bag to return the next morning. FFWRD: I return to Pawadise today, to again attempt to have our whippet's nails trimmed, and at the point of signing in, I expressed to the same lady who sold me the toy a few hours prior, ( last eve.) that I would just ask to please exchange the bunny for one that worked. With no hesitation she refused. Stating she would not because it was used. I expressed concern as it was damaged when I purchased it. I didn't expect she would re-sale a defective item. She would not reconsider. I left without avail trim and will take our business elsewhere. To date , we have spent well over $300.00 at Pawadise, and this young woman would not consider a simple $10.00 defective toy replacement. Too some this may sound petty, to me, as a consumer with simple expectations of receiving a product that does what the packaging says it is to do with the store standing behind it. There is no " buy at your own risk" signs for heavens sakes! As for the nail trim. Average. Not exceptional, not bad, rather more convenient. Our whippet never willingly participated and he is very calm & shy & certainly does participate at Estero Animal Clinic, that should have been my first clue. Done with that store. Don't buy their defective merchandise, they don't stand behind it. read more

This was my first time using Paw-R-dise for my golden retriever who got a bath and groom. It was such a pleasant experience and the level of professionalism and customer service this establishment has is second to none!!! First, they were able to squeeze me in before the holidays and even when I had to change the time of the appointment giving them less than 24 hours notice the staff was extremely positive and accommodating. Also the groomer I had named Ben was really knowledgeable not only on the grooming aspect but on the dog's wellness needs too. My doggie had to have an emergency surgery 5 days before his appointment and being worried about stitches and other problems my vet gave them a glowing review on how careful and good of a job they did(was shocked at how impressed my veterinarian was). The icing on the cake came when the groomers actually sent me pictures updates throughout the grooming session because they knew how stressed I was having him groomed so soon after his surgery. This is a top notch and classy establishment and look forward to giving them all my further business when it comes to my Golden Child!! read more

Do not go here!!! Ben has taken over the store and has gotten a HUGE head!!! After almost 3yrs of taking my (4) dogs to him normally 8-12 weeks he has now made "changes" and took away the free teeth cleaning his mom offered to me and I was told if I don't start bringing in my dogs every 3-4 weeks I can no longer bring the dogs there which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! I keep all my dogs very short length hair to begin with to avoid thIs kind of grooming schedule! Well, the final straw for me was recently when I still tried to stick to at least a 6 week schedule and on top of the $65 grooming fee Ben calls me and tells me he will be charging me a $35 SLIGHT matting fee!!!! I said Ben he was just there 6 weeks ago?! How can you charge me that and he's not even matted?!!! I came back and took my dog. I refuse to be ripped off!!! I now go to Bubbles and Bows in Bonita and couldn't be happier!!! Grooming your dogs shouldn't be this stressful on someone. He is extremely immature and needs to educate himself on customer service! I hope he continues to loose business and not get away with ripping people off! read more

My girlfriend and I have been using this place ever since we got our puppy 2 months ago and we love it. When we first brought our puppy in it was because he was not eating, either he was super picky or something was wrong. Not wanting to spend a fortune at the vet, we brought him in here. While there they did nothing but help, they gave us a wide array of FREE organic puppy food to try and a bottle of raw goats milk (a dogs favorite food substitute). Needless to say, we got our buddy eating regularly again with their help and we are extremely gracious. My girlfriend went in another time to see about day care and grooming and got to see where they "keep" the pets when you leave them for day care. I saw a previous review saying that the dogs are cramped and mistreated. From what we experienced it seemed they let the pets roam around the store and they play with them. So I don't know what that was all about I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, cannot recommend enough! read more
