Losing my Mother to Medical Malpractice was one of the hardest things that I had to experience in…read moremy life. Finding the right legal counsel to defend my mother and her legacy was essential. The actual process of interviewing attorneys was long and arduous. That was until my family and I met the team of Steven G Wigrizer, Jason Weiss, and Morgan Kendall of the Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky law firm. Steven, Jason, and Morgan from the beginning, wanted to understand my mother and what she meant to not only her family but her community. The team was honest and upfront with us about everything. They showed compassion, but did not sugarcoat anything. Most importantly, that listened to our questions, concerns, and thoughts. This team regularly exceeded their professional responsibilities. Steven, Jason, and Morgan's preparation for trial was unmatched. As our trial began, the difference between the team from Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky and the Defendant's Attorneys was palatable. Steven, Jason, and Morgan were a well oiled machine. They spoke and presented the case with a level of confidence, precision, and professionalism that left the other attorneys, literally scrambling and fumbling papers in court. While sitting in the courtroom, I would often think to myself about how honored I was to have this team fighting for my mother. Inevitably, we won the case. We also gained an extended family. I would recommend this team and firm to anyone.

From our initial information request through receiving the final settlement check, we cannot say…read moreenough about the professionalism of every person involved in our case. We really liked the Jeep and the servicing dealership was excellent, but the inconvenience and stress of dealing with a vehicle which had significant mechanical issues led us to seek a resolution under NJ Lemon Law statute. We started the process privately and soon learned that there were way too many steps that had to be followed in order to come to an acceptable outcome for our case. At that point, we decided to seek professional help & the reputation of your firm led us to obtain your representation for our case. From the introductory call which explained the entire process, to our initial conversation with Jacqueline Herritt, and dealing with her entire team, everything was explained in detail and all necessary steps were made understandable and easy to follow. Thanks to Ms. Herritt's paralegal, Kira Thorne, for making my job easy when obtaining and forwarding forms and service records. Thomas Norpel was very informative with assistance after a settlement offer was received and approved by both parties to make sure all steps were performed. And of course, Ms. Herritt for negotiating and making it all happen. We couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. It really is an experience that we hope neither our family or friends will not have to go through in the future, but if so, we certainly would recommend your firm. Thanks again for obtaining a great resolution to our Lemon Law case.
