UPS label for order not shipped when a cancellation was requested.

I ordered DINOVITE to help our dog with itching and flaking. After 3 months, I really couldn't tell much of a difference. I was then charged $89.09 for a new order that I did not place. I called many times, but I was unable to speak with a customer service representative. I was finally able to speak with Marianne and Jessica on their chat platform, and they told me that I subscribed 3 months ago. I don't recall that happening. So I requested that the current order be cancelled and the money refunded, but the representatives said that they couldn't cancel or refund the money because the order had been placed. I sent them a image from the carrier, UPS, which shows that the merchandise was not yet received from the vendor at the time of my request. I put a stop payment with my credit card company and disputed the charge. In addition, I reached out to DINOVITE on X and Facebook. DINOVITE sent me a form letter from Facebook, but I received nothing from X. Doing business with them was quite a challenge. Caveat emptor!

Ask the Community - Dinovite

Would it help with eye staining?

Eye staining is usually a symptom of improper pH. A high quality, meaty diet including Dinovite could help balance the pH issue.

Review Highlights - Dinovite

Countless visits to Vets, and complete vegan diet, which really didn't make too much of a difference.

Cannot recommend Covenant enough. Thanks to them, I went through menopause with not one symptom,…read moreand have been in ideal health for 5 years, now, since my first appointment in 2020. Everyone in my family has gone to Covenant, too, for a whole range of different health issues. Their totally natural, drug-free approach to healing is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional doctors who are always trying to push drugs and never seem to have any good answers to chronic health problems. Covenant's practitioners listen to you and your body, they do research and they heal gently, in a permanent way. And yes, Ms. one-star review from 2020, they were the only sane humans not wearing masks during the lockdowns and actually healing people of Covid without drugs, hospitals or ventilators. Love, love love this place. If you are ready to truly heal, you need to go to Covenant.

I showed up for my initial consultation and not a single person working there wore a mask to…read moreprotect against Covid-19. I was put in a room that was not large enough to socially distance, and then was joined by a patient advocate without a mask. I asked if she would wear a mask and she informed me that she was healthy and didn't need or have a mask. She claimed that she took supplements and ate well so that her immune system was healthy and that she knew she wasn't infected. She said people feared the Coronavirus and implied that I was making too much of it. She also said since they are a private business, they choose not to wear masks. I am astonished that a health care facility whose website claims it treats people with auto-immune disorders does not protect its patients by simply wearing masks. Most of the scientific world agrees right now that wearing masks reduces the spread of the Coronavirus, and even if it is proven wrong at some point, wearing a mask is not much to ask to protect your fellow human, particularly if you are inviting them into your business and trying to form a trusting patient relationship. I left before the consultation feeling uncomfortable, belittled, and shocked that they are so very cavalier about protecting their patients. If you care about your health, I do not recommend going to Covenant Natural Health Care because they don't care about your health.
