I've been using Dinovite for 10 years on our dogs. Each dog had/has a different need for it. Dinovite works so well, it is noticeable when we run out and delay a reorder. The first dog was an old special needs - puppy mill victim. The poor thing had very sensitive skin and scratched frequently. Well I should say try to scratch, his back legs didn't work properly. We had previously had our dog taking 2 prescription flea medications and buying some very expensive house spray that had to keep us out while it dried. My little male Chihuahua had developed yeast on his ears. They were pretty bad!! He also was losing his fur, especially on his tummy. (It was totally naked). Wonderful product! Use it for both my dog, and my cat. A bit difficult to get my cat to take to the product at first, but after fiddling around with a couple different things he now prefers his food with the Dinovite! (I give him a canned food with a bit of their LickOchops supplement and a bit of added water to keep it moist). Haven't had a single problem with getting my dog to take to the product but I have noticed on here a lot of people saying their dog's didn't want to touch it. My advice is to just give it time, don't let your dog be the boss over you! My cat barely sheds anymore (and previously it was horrid how much hair he was leaving places). I do still brush him out as I prefer to wear black and he is gray, BUT!! Its completely manageable now, and I no longer have to lint roll myself when I go into work each day LOL. And my dog! She is GORGEOUS! Get compliments on her everywhere I go! Shiney coat, no shedding, its incredible! And those are just the visible results! Highly recommend this to anybody that is willing to actually give the product a shot! And these people that are complaining about the customer service? We have been feeding DinOVite to our 4 dogs for a few years now. In December of 2015 we brought home an addition we thought we would never have. Her name is Daisy. She is small, white and fluffy (definitely not our usual type!). She had terrible tear staining across her whole face. Even after several haircuts, the staining still persisted. She has been given DinOVite every day since we brought her home. We didn't really notice at first because it must have been such a gradual change, but my husband mentioned recently that she hasn't had any staining in a long while. It seems that the DinOVite has helped stop the staining! DinOVite has also helped our itchy Belgian Malinois (mix) keep his scratching at bay a bit. I personally have 2 dogs on the Dinovite and Supromega fish oil. One has been on it since she was a puppy, she is a hound mix and does fantastic on this. My other one is a lab, we got him at an older age, 8 years old. When he came into our lives his smell was terrible, coat was dull and he was shedding like crazy. His ears smelled so bad you couldn't get close to his face as the smell was horrendous. We are about 4 months into the Dinovite and Suromega with him, along with a good High protein, grain free food and he's doing great! His coat looks so shiny, its gorgeous and the shedding has decreased drastically. I also get this for my fathers dog, a Blue Pit, we started him on these two products because his skin and coat were terrible, almost looked like he had a very bad case of mage, (which he didn't). In August of 2012 I rescued a dog that was in horrific condition. Her liver was 3 x its normal size and she barely had any hair from mange. I spent tons of money and numerous treatments of antibiotics and dips trying to get her cleared up, for months on end. I have a 12 year old Schnauzer/ Dachshund mix. He has severe skin allergies, and was almost always itching. In fact, he ended up scratching himself so much that he tore through his skin and had to be heavily medicated to prevent him from scratching it. We heard about dinovite through a commercial and we figured why not try it? It seemed exspensive at first but it seemed to cover all of his problems. Within weeks, he stopped itching, and after a few more weeks his skin was entirely clear. No more itchy paws, or rashes. And he started to smell so much better and his coat went from coarse and rough to soft and shiny. The supplement powder and the likochops are a must. Dinovite works great for my dogs. I got it initially for my doberman who has skin and allergy issues. She has made a great turn around. Both dogs have been on it for over a year. There is no way to feed it to one and not the other. Especially since the doberman likes to smell both bowls prior to eating to make sure the Rottweiler doesn't get something she did not receive. While the Rottweiler did not necessarily need it she has certainly benefited from the addition to her diet. Both dogs now have glowing, beautiful coats and we receive compliments frequently on how beautiful, shiny, and healthy they are. The doberman, being the talker of the two, barks and growls over the mixing process at feeding time. She gets very impatient and proceeds to kick the food bucket, the pantry door, and the floor vent. My puppy is gonna be huge. His breed is bull mastiff. When we brought him home his Odor was a slight skunk smell. Not even bathing this puppy helped. This puppy was scratching like crazy. I immediately ordered Dinovite. Took forever to arrive. I even made a mistake on the order and ordered two 90 day boxes. And of course the puppy didn't like the taste. Tried all different ways to get the puppy to eat. Finally he got used to the taste. This puppy now licks the bowl when he's done eating. I've read the reviews that are one star reviews. So sorry this product doesn't work on all animals. But not all people are cured of cancer either. So Dinovite is working wonders on my puppy. My daughter has my puppy's brother. My puppy's brother isn't getting Dinovite and is not near as beautiful as mine. They both looked the same a month ago. Everyone thinks I'm crazy for wasting $30.00 a month on a dog. Used the Dinovite product on my great dane and didn't see any of the results that they claim on the radio. Called them and set up a return and got my money back... and then about the time I got my money back I realized just how much the dinovite was actually doing for my dog. I had to call and order more. I was absolutely embarrassed.... but they refunded me AND took my second order and just kind of laughed it off over the phone with me. They seem very genuine and real, I don't think theyre a very big company which is refreshing. The guy I talked to seemed a bit agitated when I first brought up reordering and he saw that I had refunded the previous order, but when I explained to him the reason for the order he lightened up and we both went back and forth a bit like human beings, joking around. I could definitely see why some people have had poor experience with their customer support, but I think that its a small company doing a large company amount of work. We started using Dinovite about 10 years ago because our Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chocolate lab mix and black lab would shed enough every other day to produce a third dog. The hair was unbelievable. When we first started using it on their food, they were a bit reluctant but after the first week or so everything was back to normal. As you might imagine, we wanted instantaneous results but committed to the 90 day trial. We noticed little difference for the first several weeks, then one day, sweeping up the kitchen, my wife asked if I had swept the floor recently - AND I HADN'T! We knew at that point we were lifers. I am so excited! I started using this different reasons than other people. I use it for my dog who would not eat! She is a 7 year old Shih Tzu, and she has been losing weight because she just would not eat her food!! We always use a really high quality food and she's always been picky. We tried mixing all kinds of things in with her food and she would eat it for a day or two and then stop again. This has been going on for over a year. We had her checked by the vet and she's very healthy, the vet just said "some shih tzus are just like this". My Yorkie-Poo has had skin problems (dry rashes, warts, flaking and bleeding sores) for the last three years. I've spent hundreds at the vet and stores for all kinds of treatments and shots, but nothing has helped. So, I decided to try the Dinovite food supplements. Amazingly, after three weeks of using the Dinovite, 90% of the skin problems are gone, I was very surprised. You would have thought that the vet would have suggested this stuff. Dinovite Inc. I have heard your commercials for a long time on Sirius XM radio. I considered trying Dinovite but decided not to after reading some internet reviews that were both good and some said it did nothing for their dog. We have a Golden Retriever from 8wks and a rescued Beagle who the vet estimated at 8yrs. That was 5 years ago. Both have been on Dinovite since they took over our home. We cook human food (recipe with chicken thighs, livers and hearts, brown rice, veggies, and few other things). We've added Dinovite every time they eat (twice a day). The Golden has never had an itch, hot spot, or other skin/digestive issue. The Beagle smelled really bad when he came aboard, but within months his coat thickened, he stopped scratching and the bad smell disappeared. We moved from Ohio to Illinois to Southern California, and whenever we make our way to a new climate our two dogs Tyler and Belinda suffer from itchy skin that leads to licking and irritation. My 13 year old Shih Tzu had thinning hair and low energy and was just declining. I started him on the Dinovite 2 yrs. ago (and all my animals get Lick O Chops) and he really pepped up, wanted to play again and his hair started growing in fuller, so I am a believer. It can be mixed in to other things to disguise it and you really need to follow the instructions to make sure you wean them on to it gradually and are giving enough per the dog's size. I add water so it dissolves and I can mix it in with other food. For sure every dog & cat needs essential fatty acids at a min. because commercial dog food, even the more expensive, so-called better brands are still nutritionally deficient. My 2 dogs and 3 cats ate the DinOvite supplement with absolutely no hesitation. All are on a raw food diet.
