I think cause it was so long they wanted to make a wig .... I didn't ask the price and since I didn't ask for a haircut I didn't expect to be charged for a " do u mind" scissor happy stranger .. I am Caucasian I looked bright red cause my hair was so BLEACHED only no toner no nothing Then they said u owe us 200 dollars I said what ? I thought it was going to be 35-50 at the time and didn't even ask to begin with .. I went home my daughter started crying saying my mom is ugly and now I can't look at her .. I went back up there ...and told Mario I wanted my money back for all this ... He said he cannot return any money and I'm lucky they got me a pop from next door ..... She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.
