Right away we knew she was the right fit for us. She took the time to get to know us before we contracted, so both sides knew what they were getting into. We had our tasting a couple months before our wedding day; which is complimentary to the couple and a $50 charge for any additional guest to join. They have you select 8-10 appetizers, 2 salads, and 4 entrees to taste at their Naperville location. They also have displays of china, silverware, glasses and more to help couples select what aligns aesthetically for their special day. Jamie worked with us to make small modifications to their standard offerings to make the food exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day came and we were floored by the quality/presentation of food, level of detail in place settings, and service from all staff members. We had multiple guests say that this was some of the best wedding food they've had, steaks were not over cooked, and food tasted fresh. Jamie also let us add desserts a week out to reallocate money from a couple of guests who last minute were unable to attend. Their team was even nice enough to service items not purchased through their group: disposables for the late night snack, display and refilling of cupcakes, etc. Overall, their group went above and beyond for us under Jamie's leadership. Disappointing experience despite a fresh and new business relationship. We have used this catering…read morecompany for multiple corporate events and have spent considerable money with them. Historically, the food and service have been very good, which makes our experience with our most recent BBQ event particularly disappointing. The weather was questionable the morning of the event, so we understood the decision to precook the burgers and brats. However, the weather ultimately cooperated, and the event proceeded as planned. We specifically requested that we use at least one large gas grill we provided, even if only to keep the grill/char lines going, but that did not happen. The catering team arrived on time, but the setup was not completed as expected. Two chefs who had originally been scheduled to be onsite to cook the food ultimately spent much of the event standing around with very little involvement. More importantly, the food was served lukewarm to cold even though it arrived in hotboxes, and some food was undercooked/raw. The sternos were not lit until well after the food had been set up and less than 10 minutes before mealtime, which did little to address the temperature problem. For the price we paid, the quality of service and temperature of the food were simply not acceptable. I immediately raised my concerns with the event planner after the event. When I didn't receive a follow-up, I emailed to express our disappointment. To the event planner's credit, she responded and said the owner wanted to address the matter personally and would contact me after returning from out of town. That was over a month ago, and we have still received no communication. A coworker who also helps coordinate our company events separately contacted her point of contact at the company, but also received no response. What is most disappointing is not simply that one event did not meet expectations. We have been a significant repeat customer, and we expected our concerns to be acknowledged and addressed professionally. Instead, we received no follow-up at all. We have had good experiences with this caterer in the past, which is why this situation has been frustrating. Unfortunately, the combination of cold food, a lack of attention during the event, and zero follow-up afterward has made us decide to seek catering elsewhere for our corporate events.

They had a lot of options for decorations and the price was more than reasonable. Give this place a try if you are planning an event. You will not be disappointed. You really cannot get this level of service from any other place.

Several of our invited guests were refused entry, and when I offered to pay for the additional attendees on the spot (these guests had not RSVP'd and were not included in the original count), the owners declined the payment and continued to keep people waiting outside--or turned them away entirely. Their explanation was that the venue had reached capacity, but this simply wasn't true. We were informed beforehand that the building's capacity was at least 70 people more than the number in attendance. Even with payment in hand, the staff acted as though the situation was beyond their control, which came across as both unprofessional and unreasonable.... it was strange. After investing over 20K into this event, it was humiliating to have to PLEAD for our guests to be allowed in. The entire situation completely ruined the night. If you're considering booking this venue, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a location that is more accommodating, and capable of handling unexpected situations with professionalism and respect. To top it off....When we left that night, we were told everything was settled and that our balance was fully paid. However, when I followed up a week later to request the return of our $500 deposit, I was suddenly told that we still had an outstanding balance. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were extremely frustrating -- trust me, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
