Hire Jurguen for all your plumbing needs! He's truly an honest and reliable tradesman. I say that…read moreafter a home renovation where we worked many different trades. We recently noticed we had a leak and had several plumbers come out to assess it. Each one told us something different. Most said the leak was inside the house, but none could pinpoint where it was coming from. One plumber even claimed it was between our sewer line and main line and quoted us several thousand dollars to fix it. I reached out to Jurguen, and when he came out, he quickly assessed the situation and told us that diagnosis wasn't accurate. He identified the real source of the leak and told us how to fix it-- saving us thousands of dollars. Jurguen could've easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead, he was completely honest and upfront with us. That's why I wholeheartedly recommend him. He's honest, reliable, and deserves to be recognized (and compensated) for his great work and integrity -- even if I secretly don't want him to get any busier.

Updating my original review years later because we ended up needing Mick again today for another…read moreplumbing issue at one of our family properties. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. He explains what is urgent, what is manageable, and what may become a future capital repair issue without trying to create panic or pressure. Fast response, direct communication, practical diagnostics, and strong long-term knowledge of older LA plumbing systems and rental properties. Still highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.

He performed a gas pressure test, identified multiple leaks, and clearly explained the situation along with upfront pricing. Since it was a larger job, I let them know I'd be getting a few other estimates. After comparing, their price was not only very competitive but the best overall--especially considering the warranty--so it was an easy decision. The job took two days and was completed perfectly. Drywall was opened, patched, and painted to match. They installed an earthquake shut-off valve, pulled permits, and handled inspections without any issues. What really stood out was the honesty, communication, and professionalism--from the initial phone call to the final walkthrough. Everything was clearly explained, and the team was responsive the entire time. Mick is clearly passionate about his company and it shows in the quality of work and customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Right Price Rooter you guys rock!

I want to offer my highest recommendation for George and his employees - Ishmael, Luis, and Jesus -…read morewho simply did an incredible job for us. We had a sudden and major sewage problem due to a failure in our almost 100-year old home that had a rusted out cast iron refuse pipes. He even offered to come buy and give a second opinion for free - even though he knew another plumber was already on their way. The other plumber gave me a small estimate to put a collar on the one exposed piece of rusted out cast iron with numerous holes in it. George suggested that it might be good to go under the house before committing to any work. That was a game-changer. He did a thorough diagnosis of what the problems were and validated all of this with still pics and videos in real time that allowed me to actually see a number of leakage problems. Not just one. Since I had worked underneath our home on a number of occasions (although not in several years) I was more than knowledgeable about the plumbing layout. It was abundantly clear that we needed to update the entire system. He gave me what I consider to be a very fair estimate for the work. The price he quoted me was fair and especially given the magnitude of work that needed to be completed. After another company removed the sewage and soil, George and his crew were able to completely replace the entire drain piping for all of our bathrooms, toilets, shower, bathtub, clothes washers, and even discovered a clogged vertical drain line in the kitchen that they also replaced. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed multiple times a day - both before, during, and after all of the work was completed. Everything was tested to my satisfaction before making the final payment. I simply cannot thank George and his entire company for what they were able to accomplish in an emergency situation. You guys were a life safer and this incredibly professional crew showed up on time, worked several full days, and cleaned up at the end of each day. This is how a business should be run and would be a great example to show business school students what a successful business model looks like. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you!!!

Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call back from Albert and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes to take a look. Oscar came back and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was once again extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the issue and what he did to fix it. These guys work super hard and provided A+ service. I highly recommend.
