There were some decent pieces, some of them new, and many that would fit in a modern and typical home decor. Prices were in the upper end thrift store pricing or low vintage store pricing, so you can find good deals here. I chatted with a super nice salesperson named Andy who had great energy and very pleasant. And then I entered PSBS. And that, my friends, is where the novela began. I was browsing, looking at merchandise, minding my own business, when I approached the counter because I had a question. Suddenly, the cashier, "Chris," began shouting: "DON'T SOLICIT ME! DON'T SOLICIT ME!" Excuse me? I wasn't soliciting anyone. I was literally trying to ask a question. The entire interaction escalated so quickly that I found myself standing there thinking, What just happened? Did I accidentally walk into the season finale of a very dramatic telenovela? Chris became visibly red-faced and extremely agitated, and the intensity of the interaction was completely disproportionate to what was actually happening. I was simply a customer trying to ask a question, and suddenly I was on the receiving end of a level of anger I absolutely did not expect. At that point, the fashion fantasy was officially over. I did not feel comfortable or safe, so I left. And honestly? The 50-foot mannequin was the highlight of the entire experience. Market Market had me at Jeremy Scott and lost me somewhere around PSBS. We had just reached the beginning of the possible delivery time-frame when I received an email with the delivery date and window. Once we agreed on the time, we could then track the delivery folks as they made their way through the valley. Speaking of the delivery folks, they were very customer-oriented. They maneuvered the pieces through the narrow RV door, set everything up, and made sure the remotes worked, and took away the packaging before they left. Overall, it was a great experience and we are (literally) happy campers.

My husband and I fell in love with a beautiful piece of artwork, but after waiting to hear back about pricing, we learned it had been sold to another customer. I was incredibly disappointed, especially because we were so excited to bring that piece home. Well, I have to say, this story has taken a wonderful turn! After I posted my review, Tyler, the owner of Misty's, personally reached out to me. She took the time to explain what happened, and I learned that the original artwork was being sold on consignment and that they couldn't reach the owner. It wasn't that anyone didn't want to sell the piece to me. The store also has a one-hour hold policy, and another customer was there ready to purchase it. But here's where the story gets really good! Tyler genuinely wanted to make things right. Through her connections, she located **the exact same artwork** and arranged for a framing company she works with to frame it in the same beautiful style as the original. The best part? My artwork will actually be brand new! She even took time out of her day off to coordinate shipping and find a reasonably priced delivery service to get the piece to my home. I am expecting it by November 10th, and I couldn't be more excited! Looking back, I wish I had picked up the phone and spoken with Tyler before becoming a TYPING NINJA on Yelp! Sometimes we are so quick to share our frustrations without giving someone the opportunity to explain or make things right. This experience was a wonderful reminder of that. **Tyler went above and beyond anything I could have expected.** She didn't have to do any of this, but she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted me to be happy. Your art specialist has no talent for doing her job- she's rude and ignorant. If she can't google it she can't and doesn't establish a value to anything. She has no knowledge of art valuation, which allowed me to buy 2 under valued pieces, and prevented me from selling several others. -Stop damaging items entrusted to you for consignment. I saw the movers damage a coffee table, and laughed and said "oh man...oh well." And find a vendor that will AFFORDABLY transport consigned items to sell and when purchased- your relationship with S&D movers is a rip off! $175 hour + a two hour min. $350 just to drop off a consigned item. I emailed you to verify if that was correct, and the unsigned response ignored the question entirely- and asked "Have we approved the items you wish to bring in?" Again- drop the attitude and answer the question. Lastly, your customers are your best consultants- you are becoming a carbon copy of The Estate Sale Company.
