They have the selection for very high end homes and for everyday use. I will be back for furture stagings!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DINING AND STOOLS!!! I ordered a dinette set on October 13 2014. I was told it would be a special order and it would take 10 weeks. Which I was fine with. I was called in January 2015 and told it would be another 2 weeks because the fabric was on back order and they just started working on it. Here it is April 16th and I just spoke with them again and was told another 2 weeks. I requested me eleven hundred dollar deposit back. THEY REFUSED!!! I spoke with my salesman, a girl named Miranda who said she was a helper. She indicated that the manager said "no refund". Obviously he is not man enough to speak with me as he does it through an unknowing Miranda. I will DEFINITELY take them to small claims court. Don't throw your money away buying anything from this company. My salesman was Greg Maze and the manager was only identified as Phillipe. read more

Personnel is really accommodating and will try to give you the best customer service. The store manager gave me a deal I could not resist. If I ever receive my barstools I'm sure they'll be great, but I would advise anyone who expects delivery as promised to try another company. So far my expected delivery date is one week behind what was promised at purchase time. Called 10 days ahead of expected delivery, was told they'd be delivered on time. Didn't happen. They offered loaner stools the day after I needed them, too little, too late. I won't be a repeat customer. read more

Penny D. I had moved into a new condo in Palm Desert in August of 2016 and loved and still do. My only problem was that the bar/counter was much higher than most and I literally spent hours online and shopping for the correct height. There was absolutely nothing. The online adjustable stools were way too modern although I do like contemporary style furniture. I did go into Dining & Stools Unlimited once on my journey, but whoever the salesman was, did nothing to help me about the height I needed or if any of their stools were on sale. He was completely disinterested so I left. Again and again I could not find any kind of stool that would go with my décor, much less the height of my bar. SO I decided that from all the stools I saw in Dining & Stool Unlimited, I was determined to get some information from that gentleman who showed me no interest at all on my previous visit. But much to my delight, he was not there and a wonderful man, Greg, showed me everything and that you had your choice of fabric also for no extra cost. I was more than amazed, found the style I like and it was on sale and the exact color of fabric I wanted, with Greg's help. Of course they had to be special ordered since they had to be done in fabric. I bought the four that I needed and Greg said it could take up to 4 weeks but I knew these were worth the wait and to my surprise, two weeks later, Greg called to say they were in and since I lived so close and the truck was delivering the next day, I received my BEAUTIFULLY SWEN FABRIC in less time than I expected and I had to call and tell the manager that these bar stools were outstanding! I will never go anywhere else if I need a new Dining Set either. Greg is absolutely the best and kindest salesman ever and I appreciate what he did for me and also the manager. They are not only helpful but go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Thank you always for your kindness and beautiful stools. read more

Not sure what the bad reviews are about....are we in the same place? We bought 3 bar stools that these guys made fit under our counter top perfectly because they adjusted the length of the legs to exactly what we needed. Then, my wife found an oriental-style dining room set that she always wanted and had never seen anywhere else. The staff is friendly and the manager has a great sense of humor. For us, their prices were in line with what we had shopped elsewhere for, but they have higher quality products and more variety to consider. read more

I think you can do better elsewhere. The selection is alright but the prices aren't impressive. The sales staff is fine but the manager is phony and rude. I bought some stools and when they were delivered, I had to send two back because the legs were already scratched. It took another week to get the replacements. The stools were the exact look I wanted but the finish did not hold up well. I had them resprayed with a better wrought iron paint. read more
