The classes are challenging and addictive and always dynamically different each week. The week is distributed with classes targeting the same muscle groups on a weekly basis. Lots of classes are offered each day, and signing up for classes is super easy using their app. I really like the consistency they've upheld over the last three years. They also offer personal training packages and open gym rates which I would recommend if you are considering that. The classes are easily set up for all experience and skill levels to ensure you'll meet you're individual goals. Whether it's weight lost, muscle gain, recovery, you name it. They have small open shelves where you can place your belongings. The instructor will walk you through the routine and explain each movement to familiarize you with the Pilates language. EX: I didn't know what table top meant before the instructor explained it. Because I'm visiting, I purchase single classes that run $35.00/class. You could get a membership. I have a few physical challenges (shoulder, heel, back) and Coach Zak always has an effective modification and/or accommodation of a typical exercise that would otherwise be ineffective, or possibly harmful, for me to do. Two classes I took today (one immediately following the other--Body Sculpting & Silver Sneakers Classic) were both taught by Instructor Patti. Patti welcomed all the newbies by getting to know each person individually. Patti did a great job keeping her eye on every single person while gently reminding you of how to keep good form when doing each exercise. She also explained how each exercise may be modified to work with any physical limitations you may have. Patti has great comradery with her students--both new & regulars!
