Aqua classes are wonderful; great instructors! Tiffany, a rock star & Heather; superb instructors. One sweet aqua instructor talks the entire class; a lot for 8a.m. ! Mostly an older demographic in aqua classes. 'Pilates Mat' class is phenomenal; yet overcrowded. Protocol: You must arrive half an hour early to get a ticket for class, which is why I delayed going for a month: Class of 45 may be full when you arrive. Can you please consider adding more of these wonderful classes? It's a good issue to have; a super popular class & instructor Leah. Adding more of this class, will attract a lot more members & keep current members happy. 'Pilates reformer' is a different class, for which you pay extra, due to equipment costs, etc.

Then she told me they did not take tap CC (phone) Only swipe CC to keep your card on file or cash. I went home to get cash, came back then they told me they only take CC swipes because they keep your card on file. When asked why they keep card on file for a day pass, they couldn't explain. Meanwhile, if you read the reviews for this place, the owners seem to like to charge people's card without consent. I refuse to give these crooks my CC to keep on file. There is simply no reason to. Beware giving these crooks your credit cards info. During this hour, I also noticed the premade meals were sitting on the counter. The girl mentioned that she had not had time to put them away.. yet they were all defrosted. I would never buy the meals from here. Bring back the old owners. New owners are crooks.

I've been going to Beach Bodies for almost a year now and it's easily one of the best gyms I've…read morebeen to. They have a great variety of equipment for both beginners and seasoned weight lifters. Recently I started talking several of their yoga classes. Both Brooke and Julie have awesome classes. There are plenty of options throughout the week, from dance, step, ballet, yoga and Pilates. The yoga classes are more than just a good stretch--they actually challenge you to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. No matter your skill level, the instructors do a great job of guiding you through each session. I also have to give a shoutout to my personal trainer, Jillian. She's incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always focused on helping me improve. She's taught me a ton about proper form, strength training, and staying consistent with my goals. Her energy and dedication make every session both productive and enjoyable. The only things I'd like to add are more glue machines and a sauna. The gym is already fantastic, but those additions would take it to the next level. Overall, I highly recommend Beach Bodies to anyone looking for a great all-around fitness experience. Whether you're into lifting, yoga, or personal training, this place has something for everyone.

We have had the pleasure of visiting many Crossfit Boxes over the years and this is an old school box. We had a horrible experience with this club. We had heard mixed reviews from the community and knew…read morethat some girls would sit on the bench especially if the coach wanted to play his/her own players from their affiliated high school over higher skilled players. And that is exactly what happened. Our daughter's skill didn't improve but if a player played high school vb for the coach then they got to play every game and didn't rotate off the court. When we spoke to the owner about play time, the owner had every excuse for why girls sit on the bench. She needs to acknowledge that her coaches are biased towards their own high school players and that is the information that is coming down the pipe and passed to other parents considering this club. But do what you gotta do. Just don't expect $$$$ for our kids to sit on the bench. FYI: Many of the players don't return the next season. The best athletes in our county go to an Orlando club because they know that this club gets them no where. Go watch recent youtube videos. The older elite teams look like high school JV teams. The coaches scream at the players during the games. I saw our coach stomp their feet in a tantrum and scream at one girl until the girl quit trying. That's pretty abusive. The players on my daughter's team said they were disappointed in and embarrassed for our coach. Only half the team returned the next year. Bottom Line: I can't say we had one positive experience with our coach, team, and the club owner. It was a total waste of our money and time. Buyer beware!
