i love this place but had a undesirable experience with a lady named madison, i asked her for a mix of two drinks because the girls working a couple days prior made it really great. she then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do that and asked me what day it was that i came in and who i spoke to. like as if that matter lmao! anyways she didn't eventually make the drink but definitely not as good as the girls from the day before. someone need to talk to madison about her attitude forwards customers read more

This USED to be my favorite boba tea place. Went in today to watch the cashier make my tea after handling my cash without washing his hands. Then another employee walked in of the street, worked the register, then made my daughter's tea without washing her hands. This was after she wiped down a shelf with a dirty rag. There was a closet full of unorganized supplies for every customer to see. The counters were sticky, and there was a scoop and powder spilled all over the floor. The other employee invited her friend behind the counter and was taste testing her drink. Sorry Ding Tea, you just lost my business. YUCK! read more

i ordered two drinks with crystal boba. they gave me regular boba. when i told them, instead of making me new drinks they just drained my drinks into new cups. at least 1/4 of my drink was lost and i still had regular boba in it. unfortunately i won't be going back after this. read more

The worst customer service, it's like they pick and chose who to be nice to. The women making the drinks didn't use any measurements, there was so much of the mixture left in the blender and it was bland. I chose to get half the sugar and which I knew meant the flavor would be milder but with the amount of mixture that was in the blender no wonder it tasted so weak. When I said something about my drink to the cashier, the women that made the drink made zero effort to fix it, had an attitude, zero eye contact, and didn't say a word to me, I totally felt invisible. I'm assuming she's the manager since I see her there more often then any other employee, And if that's the case may I suggest an attitude adjustment for the sake of building a happier clientele for your busines. I'm guessing you may have a high turnover rate for employees as well, it may be the management as well read more

I moved to CO a few months ago from Cali. I've always been a boba-maniac and was pretty sad that CO didn't have more bubble tea shops. I drove by this place one day and decided to give it a try. I got brown sugar milk tea with egg pudding and less sugar. It was amazing. First sip and i thought i was back in Cali for a moment. Although i ordered less sugar it was still a bit sweet but the drink was good overall, better than i expected. Super cute designs on the wall. Store was very clean and everything just looked so neat. Great tasting boba! But I wish they had more dairy free options. As far as I know, only the lattes can be made dairy free.
