I started looking forward to these reports each day! You can honestly feel the love they have for Archie which makes us so happy. The groomer, Ashley, did a very nice job in such a short time. When I went to pick up our fur baby she was a little longer than I wanted on her torso and a tiny bit on her head. Cynthia was super helpful and took her back to get a little trimmed right then and there. Did I mention Sugar smelled amazing?! I also bought some super yummy (and very affordable doggie treats). Cynthia sent me off with a lovely first time doggie welcome bag. I will definitely be supporting her from now on and highly recommend.

We contacted Noah's Ark Animal Hospital (which is also our regular vet) to see if they had any input on getting an An International Health Certificate (IHC). Which is a required document for traveling with pets internationally, ensuring they are healthy and free of diseases or parasites. We had a trip planned to Poland with a layover in Amsterdam, traveling via KLM airlines. We received an email back promptly from Armando Chavez, who ended up researching EVERYTHING! Not only did he put our minds at ease for the travel but he patiently and willingly answered every single email we had. We set up the appointment to begin the process. Everything went smooth and according to plan. Armando did not miss a beat, he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We didn't have any issues at the airport with any of the paperwork. Armando was even kind enough to let us know of extra documents needed coming back from Poland to the United States. I cannot recommend this veterinarian enough. They are extremly knowledgeable, patient and really on top of it all. We are clients for life and would recommend taking your pets here for anything necessary. This place deserves a million stars.

My work schedule can be a inconsistent and PD walks has been so helpful and flexible when we need it. Not to mention, Coach loooooves her and is so tired after a long play day. She sends updates when they are en route to and from my house and always lets me know when he is safe and sound at home. She also sends pictures and videos from his day, so I know he is taken care of and loved. They have been the best to work with, and I would recommend to anyone! They are THE place to trust with your fur baby. Update- we've been using pdwalks for some time now, and has continued to be the best daycare option for Coach. We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. The DVM we visited studied our boy's medical record thoroughly before she came in to answer the 101 questions we had, fearing he had Cushing Disease. He does indeed have it. The most accurate testing was recommended by Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital to an internal medicine DVM (not Gulf Coast). Richmond told us outright, we want your pup to be diagnosed asap under care, but we recommend the test be performed by a specialist. Best decision ever. Our boy is doing well thanks to Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital. Not the most economical (as they don't exist) but Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital is trustworthy, which is what we really needed.

One of my fur baby is usually timid and scared, but she loves coming here to see Miss Ruby. She listens to what you want and she makes great recommendations. She is also very gentle and patient with our dogs. The Rover Oaks staff members are all very friendly and they have a very organized online system to enter any immunization records and you can also view your pup's pawgress report. They also offer daycare and boarding services. It also looks like they may offer training as well. Every time we come here, all dogs are eager to go in and are all happy when they are there, so it seems that they are doing things right here!
