Was in the ER all night, picked this pharmacy because it said they open at 8am, only to get here…read moreand find out it opens at 12. ( for them to only open up late). I Was the first one in line to be told they "have not received my prescription." Got the paper work out of my truck to show them that it was verified they did receive it. Now over an hour later. I sit and watch people get Covid shots and the disappointment on others face. They also show online to close at 10pm, which in fact the sign show 6pm in the store. I could have literally drove the 8 hours back home and had the medicine faster.

I asked how heavy they allow, she said 55lbs. I said this is nowhere near 55 lbs. She lifted one end and said 'this weighs more than my baby and he weighs 50". I said this is preweighed at 22 lbs, so it's half of your baby weight. Then she called another worker "Ariana" over and told her she thought it was too heavy. Then Ariana lifted the end and said too that she thought it was too heavy. I told her I don't have to guess, I KNOW how much it weighs, it's 22 lbs. Ariana LIFTED THE PACKAGE and said 'it's too heavy for me to lift" .. !!! I am not kidding! They both refused to take my package, so I took it to another location several miles away. These 2 lazy, stupid employees refused to accept a preweighed prelabelled Fedex package using their new baby weight standard of measurement. SMH at what the world is turning into.
