This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. I tried to drop a prelabelled, pre-weighed Fedex package. I placed it on the counter and waited for…read morethem to process it. The first girl lifted one end and said "this may be too heavy". I asked how heavy they allow, she said 55lbs. I said this is nowhere near 55 lbs. She lifted one end and said 'this weighs more than my baby and he weighs 50". I said this is preweighed at 22 lbs, so it's half of your baby weight. Then she called another worker "Ariana" over and told her she thought it was too heavy. Then Ariana lifted the end and said too that she thought it was too heavy. I told her I don't have to guess, I KNOW how much it weighs, it's 22 lbs. Ariana LIFTED THE PACKAGE and said 'it's too heavy for me to lift" .. !!! I am not kidding! They both refused to take my package, so I took it to another location several miles away. These 2 lazy, stupid employees refused to accept a preweighed prelabelled Fedex package using their new baby weight standard of measurement. SMH at what the world is turning into.
