I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling several times to wait and be hung up on until I finally got ahold of someone in the front who had to walk to the back and tell them to answer the phone, to be told it would be atleast an hour and a half for a single prescription. This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. They have always gone out of there way to make me feel welcomed. The pharmacy techs are wonderful & always return my calls in a timely matter. I changed jobs and unfortunatly had to change my pharmacy, well that lasted for about 2 mths. I am going back to Dimmitt Pharmacy even though it is way out of my way. I also want togive Mary Ann Carrasco, who has worked for Dimmitt Pharmacy for years, a big applaud she is wonderful and a great asset to this Pharmacy.
