Doctor came in a few minutes later, spoke me through the procedure, made me feel relaxed and very comfortable, and in 5 minutes the procedure was over. They bill your insurance company and call you with the results in 7-10 business days. They were very professional as well as going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable about your procedure. I've never seen an office so mismanaged. You have a book of paperwork for the "front" office, then another slew for the "back" office, as if there is no communication between the two. As far as the procedures that were done, on my first visit the assistants did not appear to know what they were doing; on my second visit, I got someone who was much more thorough and knew what she was doing. I also had a mole removed for biopsy. I received no aftercare wound instructions and could not get anyone to answer the phone, so I ended up googling the care before someone finally reached out to me. And even the nurse who called me back was not very thorough in her instructions. I think it's safe to say, they are in the money-making business, and not the healing and care of patients business.

The Legion on my scalp is carcinoma and has been there for many years . How could he be so inept in his observation of a skin lesion which was quickly diagnosed by another physician and is being removed surgically on September 29th . This physician also found several precancers lesions on my arm . I am not the only one he has failed miserably . A friend of mine also had the same experience with an extensive basal cell carcinoma on her arm . I feel he is more interested in selling his Cosmetics than medicine he is not a board certified dermatologist .

When I joined in September I was told I will be seeing Dr. Heather Bronaugh every 6-8 weeks to go over my progress and to expect an average loss of 1pound/week. Neither of these were met, and I kept being told to wait longer with the dosage increase. Every week I felt like I was fighting them. Fast forward to today I've been with them for 16 weeks with a total weight loss of 9 pounds AND only saw Dr. Bronaugh ONE time yesterday, that is not including the initial visit back in September.
