Went in early to fill out paperwork, spoke to the doctor, the nurse prepped me with some numbing injection around the mole. Doctor came in a few minutes later, spoke me through the procedure, made me feel relaxed and very comfortable, and in 5 minutes the procedure was over. They bill your insurance company and call you with the results in 7-10 business days. They were very professional as well as going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable about your procedure. Answered all my questions, the facility was very clean, looked brand new, and very relaxing. Didn't seen like a doctors office at all. Felt more like an upscale spa! Would def. Recommend them to anyone!

The Legion on my scalp is carcinoma and has been there for many years . How could he be so inept in his observation of a skin lesion which was quickly diagnosed by another physician and is being removed surgically on September 29th . This physician also found several precancers lesions on my arm . I am not the only one he has failed miserably . A friend of mine also had the same experience with an extensive basal cell carcinoma on her arm . I feel he is more interested in selling his Cosmetics than medicine he is not a board certified dermatologist .

When I joined in September I was told I will be seeing Dr. Heather Bronaugh every 6-8 weeks to go over my progress and to expect an average loss of 1pound/week. Fast forward to today I've been with them for 16 weeks with a total weight loss of 9 pounds AND only saw Dr. Bronaugh ONE time yesterday, that is not including the initial visit back in September.
