Awesome customer service.. Very nice selection of Jewery …read more. Couldn't ask for a nicer group..

I'd give zero stars if I could this whole saga started April 8. It's now May 20. I brought in my…read moreengagement ring to be resized and the ring I had been wearing on that finger to get sized up. The claw settings on my engagement ring were very sharp they said it could be ground down to make it not scratch. They quoted $40 for each. And said it would be done a week later. A week later and no call. I show up oh they hadn't even looked at it they tell me to come back next week. I come back in a week both rings have been resized to the wrong size! And the prongs on the four stones on my beautiful vine and thorn engagement ring are still as sharp as ever. They say they'll fix them and it'll be no charge. At the time I was happy with that. But I now wish I'd never set foot in here. Another week both rings mostly fit the amethyst is tight but goes on my finger. However the engagement ring is still as sharp as it was. They said they did everything they could but they couldn't grind them down any further without risking the stones falling out. That made sense but was still said. I wore the rings for a few Days and notice that the prongs on the amethyst have been ground down to almost nothing! It looks like the stone could fall out at any moment. Ok I thought that makes sense they got confused I'm sure they can fix them. I foolishly walked back in this hell place. The older man was like well this is a proper setting. Wtf I don't care if you don't think there's anything wrong with it. I never asked you to change it. Fix it. They said they want me to be happy and they'll rebuild it but they insist everything possible has been done for the claw setting on the thorn ring. Another week goes by I get a call from them and they hadn't even started to fix them another employee insists there's nothing wrong with them and I said no I left pictures of what the ring used to look like I want it to look like that again. Another call yes they can file down the claw setting it is sharp. And they'll rebuild my Amethyst setting to how it looked before. Two weeks pass I just left with them. All three prongs are different ones pointy two are round one is tapered one has a curve one is crooked one doesn't touch the stone on the center. The claw settings aren't sharp any more but there were thorns on the ring that have been ground down. I just picked them up 5 mins before they closed and left but now that I'm home and they're closed I just cried. I'll go back in tomorrow to say how unhappy I am but I don't think they're capable of fixing it.

She referred me to another physician who was able to remove all of them (which included a microscopic technique that all the cancer was removed) leaving zero scar for 2 of them. The one in the crease of my nose is noticible but its not horrible. Her entire staff has never failed to be anything but kind & supportive. The person who gives the facials is very good at what she does. They never push their products but they do have good products.

When I arrived it definitely seemed like this was more of a cosmetic services office rather than a traditional dermatologist practice as evidenced by the advertisements placed around the waiting room and by the other clients who were there getting those services. I was brought to the exam room, told them again why I was there, and the male doctor tells me "oh we're not going to do all that there isn't enough time". This is after I booked this specific exam and told them to set aside enough time. I explained to the doctor again why I booked the appointment and he told me I'd have to rebook again for another appointment. I was in the exam room for 90 seconds and they did nothing. He seemed annoyed as if I was wasting his time. If you're looking for a nice place to get cosmetic work I guess this is the place. If you're dealing with legitimate dermatological concerns and need serious care I'd definitely look elsewhere.
