I reached out to DiLorenzo after someone wearing their shirt showed up at my house without an appointment. Come to find out it was another company that DiLorenzo works with every now and then. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and the main reason it was bumped up to 2 stars. Due to her politeness, I decided to schedule an estimate with them instead. The appointment time came and gone without any calls. The following day I left a message. I got a call back the following day by the woman again, who apologized, and said that the area is covered by Arbor Tree services and didn't want to encroach on their areas. I told her that it would have been nice to get a call to explain this rather than a no call, no show. She apologized and we hung up. The woman called me back stating she spoke to the owner and told him that he needs to do right by me and provide me with an estimate. I rescheduled. This time Philip showed up. Estimate was higher than others I got and due to the lack of professionalism prior, I decided to go elsewhere. read more

Phil DiLorenzo and his crew did an excellent job taking down my two huge willows. They removed all the branches and cleaned up well. They are very professional. I would recommend this tree company. They just need to respond to phone calls in a little more timely manner. But they are worth the wait. Price was reasonable. read more

Good tree work but extremely unreliable for the firewood that is advertised for sale. There is a sign at their location offering firewood for sale. Chris agreed to make a delivery to my residence multiple times time and has not delivered the wood. He has not returned my phone messages or text. I would not consider him as a reliable source read more

We called this company and had four (4) appointments. All four (4) NO CALL NO SHOW!!!! Called many of the numbers listed and all their mailboxes are full. Obviously they don't need our business either!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! read more

Phil bailed on our first meeting ten minutes before he was supposed to arrive on a Friday afternoon. We rescheduled for the following Sunday. He showed up and seemed great but never ended up sending me a quote and has not responded to my calls, text or email ever since. This was three weeks ago. Very unprofessional. Started off great, came by and told me I would receive an emailed estimate within a couple days. Did not received anything so I had to email him asking for it. The estimate was approved in September, and had to keep calling to find out the status of the appt for the tree work. It is now mid-march and I still cannot get them to come and take care of the tree work. Mind you this isn't a large job or small.. $1700 in work. I understand they are busy, but there is no communication within the company or to the potential clients. Needless to say I gave up chasing and went with another company.
