I had several different companies come for service initially butI don't think the pool was being emptied enough. I didn't look in the cesspool during the pumping, but that's what I think. I contacted John from Local Cesspool on the recommendation of a friend who is a plumber. He came on Christmas Eve and had a lot of work to do here. Price was fair and better than I would have expected. I recently changed the cap and new access, as suggested by John Jr. I was expecting to be on a 6 to 8 month pumping routine, which is what it was becoming with other companies.
