It was a father-and-son style team -- his dad (in his 50s) and his cousin (in his 20s). I was honestly impressed seeing them run a family business together and helping each other out. It felt trustworthy and professional. We had agreed on a price to clear just one parking spot in the driveway and clean snow off one car, leaving the rest. But to my surprise, they went above and beyond and shoveled the entire three-car driveway without charging extra. They worked quickly and did a thorough job.
